For what it's worth, this movie theater is close to home, clean enough, has very affordable ticket prices, & comfortable recliners. I'd give it a four out of five but over the years, the people have gotten very rude as of late, especially kids that don't be quiet. Parents are not doing their job & telling their kids to be silent during a movie. If it's PG, beware. Too many brats. The kids don't stop talking & feel the need to repeat what a character says in the movie. Yes, I know what Sonic just said kid, you don't need to say it again. For the parents that bring their babies to the movies, shame on you. They won't be quiet & they should have found a sitter. A place like this is not a good setting for someone throwing a temper tantrum. Nonetheless, a pretty good theater to attend. The loud sound is thankfully good enough to drown out all the annoying, inconsiderate patrons.

Went to go see Oppenheimer in Cinemark XD. Pretty good theater sound was really loud for the movie but in a good way. And movie was Great . Seats were a little ripped but not as much as I expected/not the worst at all. Go see this movie in the biggest screen possible!! 9/10 movie

Visited 4 times for the past year. It’s super gross. Management doesn’t care about cleaning. The floor all the time sticky. The carpets are like in semi repair shop- greasy . All of the chairs seats have their faux leather stripped .

Cinemark, as a corporation you should be ashamed of the representation of your brand. Broken seats, dirty floors , dirty cup holders, and seats so worn that they’re peeling. I’m literally embarrassed to bring my children here. Never again.

Loved it! First haven't been to a movie theater since 2019 before covid. Obviously things have changed, no free refills on anything, but that is ok. Before you walk in to your movie there are wipes to clean your seats. Please clean your seat.These seats are huge, they recline all the way back, and they have seat warmers!!! There is a lot more space than before and the theater is not overly crowded and you don't have to squeeze in front of everyone to get to and from your seat. Lastly, you can even have your snacks delivered straight to your seat! Such a great experience first time back to the movies.

Although the movie flash was good... my husband and I were quite disappointed in the seats... they are peeling and you would think if you have a family of 6 the amount of money spent plus concession stand food you shouldn't have nothing but a good experience.... you have alot of people coming to your theater. We deserve better than that

Cinemark used to be known for "The best seat in town." Now, not so much. There are bust bunny's in the restroom. Seats in theaters are peeling horribly. The sign outside isn't lit all the pay.

It's been a long time since I've been here. it's way better from the movie theater by my home, decent price clean and they have food available compare by my house. Great sound, good recliner seats with heat and screen is huge. Would definitely prefer driving 20 minutes going here than by my home.

Drove 45 minutes to come specifically to the XD theatre here at Cinemark. We traveled last weekend to an XD theatre in Kentucky and it was probably the best experience. Haven't been to this location in awhile, but figured we would try it out since we enjoyed our experience in louisville. So disappointed in this location. 95% of the seats that are frequently used are horribly worn out. Feels gross to sit in a chair where all the material is ripped, worn away and just over used. The floor is filthy especially under the seats. Popcorn and food everywhere. Sticky floors too. I feel gross sitting here. Screen is big, temperature is comfortable, workers are nice, food options good. (Get rid of the tostitos nacho cheese please and bring back Ricos!)

Had my car towed without letting me know as I was watching a movie. Management was no help. Would give 0 stars if I could, on the other hand the showing of the movie that I partially missed due to the tow was good.

There clean and courteous. But, the seats are outdated and pealed. However, the sound and the screen is great. I used to go to riverside thinking it was great because of the reclining seats. But. Cinemark Melrose is much better. The screens and the soround sound is awesome!! But then again, I'm a movie buff.

One of the best movie theaters! Never regret coming here. The popcorn is always hot and fresh. My favorite part is getting to enjoy a Pizza Hut pizza in a warm comfortable chair. Even falling asleep here is perfection.

Went there last night to go see Avatar part 2 and the seats were nice, do they have to turn the speakers all the way up it was uncomfortable to listen once some of the action started happening because of the base volume. Not to mention watching a half an hour of commercials before the movie starts, should have canceled the tickets and stayed home.

My father used to take me to this theater in the late 90’s when it opened, and the early 2000’s. Now, this theater is always dirty, floors sticky, employees are anything but helpful or kind, it’s a real shame. This theater is right down the street from my house, yet I drive to the Rosemont AMC for a much better experience all-around. P.S.- give us free refills! Your drinks are expensive and they cost you roughly $0.17 to produce.

This is clearly an outdated location. There were about 6 people in the theater. It was clean in the lobby. The popcorn was good. They don't do free refills on large drinks like the other theaters. The seats we had were the moving ones so they were new and thankfully we chose those because the other ones were horrendous. The movie was good and the people were nice though.

The place is a mess!! We went last weekend to watch trolls3, we try to buy some popcorns but they take for ever to do anything, we waste 10 min waiting for only one person in front of us. Then the sits are so damaged and the floor was dirty ( popcorns, cups, plastic bags, napkins)...

Nice facility and location. Screens are good size and sound is Awesome! but think it's TIME FOR some NEW SEATS. Most are in pretty bad shape.

I love cinemark. There is always parking available in the lot. I purchased my tickets online for this movie, but sometimes I purchase at the booth and I have not waited long. I generally go to the matinee shows. The seating is comfortable. The chairs are recliners and have a button for heat. I would bring a sweater, it can get chilly in the theater. The concession prices are high as expected, but they taste good. They will layer the butter on your popcorn if you request it or mix your drinks. If you are less picky with your food items, you can order food to be delivered to your seat at the beginning of the movie. I have had a birthday party at this location and it was fun! Also, tickets are discounted every Tuesday (all day). I recommend cinemark Melrose Park.

The XD screen is nice and large with great sound. Be warned if the trailer is not made for XD it could be difficult to watch or headache inducing. But it's great for big budget blockbusters

First time trying this specific movie theater and I can say it had been the best yet.They have RECLINERS! You can even order your tickets/food online and avoid a potential long wait for movies. If you don’t feel like waiting in line for your food you can have it delivered to your seats, now that’s nice👍🏾. Nice staff also. One of the theater games didn’t function properly and they refunded me the credits with no problem at all.

A four-season natural place full of peaceful environments for families activities like walking through trails, camping, setting by the bonds fair, barbecuing, playing ball games, putting up your hammock, and learning about Godly family values.

Reclining chairs, temperature controlled, and a clean place. Definitely one of my favorite theaters. If you wait until the movie you want to see has been out for a week or two it's not so busy.

Such a good theatre, good prices comfortable seats and an ok concessions prices- let's be clear ever movie theatre makes it money on concessions so its still marked up. I often go to the afternoon shows and I get the place to myself. And in the post Covid times they keep it pretty clean. Not sure how evening shows stack up but the afternoon matinee is where it is at.

Best place to enjoy your movies. Relaxing laid back chairs, great environment and no noiseless. Very clean.

I was so excited when they updated this theater to have recliner seats, I love it because the seats also heat up. This is another theater I visit often, it’s always kept clean. Great prices for the movie also $4.99 before 5pm and after I think it’s $6.99 but don’t quote me on that….lol

I can order my ticket and food online, there is no waiting in line, I can just pick up my food and go directly to my seat. No hassle no confusion just comfort. I love this place because I have all the legroom and elbow room that I need. And let me tell you about the reclining seats they are comfortable.

It was Great but for me it had soggy popcorn. The movie theater has reclining seat so you can lay down while watching your movie. Overall it was pretty good.

Always enjoy my time when I come here great theater experience, this place hands down has the best prices on tickets that alone is worth the trip. Comfortable sits clean bathrooms, nice size parking lots with a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Mommy and kiddo went to see the MINIONS. She loved it and prices were fair on the snack size . She only four and still had to pay like an adult. No good for me . But I'm over it. We enjoyed.
