The room was clean but that is the only positive thing I will say. This is a VERY old motel. No modern conveniences. Advertised that rooms are air conditioned, ours was not! Would not stay here again. Gina would not let bikers put bikes under roof next to their rooms when raining?? There are nicer hotel/motels in Thermopolis, don’t stay here.

This is a funky little motel who advertise they are the closest motel to the Hot Springs Park. We had the best night sleep in days on our trip and ended up staying an additional night. The clerk at the desk was so helpful and friendly and gave suggestions on points of interest. We took all of his suggestions and were delighted! The air was amazing! It was freezing in our room in about 20 minutes! It was hot out and that air made our trip so much better!

The room we had 2 bedrooms which was perfect. However we did not anticipate the Swamp Cooler. But that’s ok. The lady running the place is super nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Their is a ice cream place within walking distance and the best part is the Hot Springs are just down the street.

Very friendly, accommodating, and clean place. The night lady was awesome and helped my family out after our vehicle broke down. The morning lady Ashley was very sweet to my little girls when they gave her dandelions as flowers!

Well maintained, older motel. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 12. Room very clean. Huge closet! In-room heater worked well. Concrete floor with thin carpet meant my feet needed slippers. Bathroom floor slopes toward the back wall. Very firm mattress with log frame. Shower had instant hot water (loved that). Response to Owner: Your manager was adult enough to ask me about my issues and we worked them out. I even changed my review after having a pleasant conversation with the manager (who is wonderful, by the way) Then you have to leave a snotty reply. I won't stay again because of owner's response. I go to Thermopolis regularly.

Very nice, basic, CLEAN place to stay. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. We felt at home! The swamp cooler was a welcome change from standard AC for us, it kept the room so cool and comfortable.

Very clean and great staff. The rooms are a little dated but ours had very comfortable beds and everything worked. We would definitely stay again.

Owner & Staff just great people! Room was cozy & reminded me of family motel stays gone by. Clean & comfortable! Just appreciated kindness & obvious efforts for us to have a nice stay

1st off,Is there a system that has minus stars? I'd give the rainbow motel a big negative 5💩😡these folks don't have a clue. #26 our room had raw sewage in and about the room. Told my wife and I, "If we didnt like it good luck finding other accommodations" unbelievable!!! I'm thinkin about turning them on to the city. Worst experience in a long time💩💀😎

Clean, pet friendly, love the staff, nice new bed, cool fireplace like heat, asked for a room with two beds and was plesentley surprised 😃😃😃 to finder that we got a room that had 2queen, beds one in a bedroom. again the people running it are awesome!!!

Even though short staffed, Gina, was great. She wore many hats from being the manager, to front desk as well being rhe housekeeper. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Our stay was nice and affordable

What a quaint little retro motor lodge straight out of the last century. If you enjoy visiting little mom & pop motels off the beaten path you'll enjoy this one. This is NOT the Comfort Inn and that's a good thing.

An old fashioned motel on the highway. Very close to Hot Springs State Park. The customer service was amazing. We would stay here again.
