😠 Conditions of the women’s bathroom on a Monday before students arrive.🤢🤮 mind you no one comes in on sundays so it was probably left this way for a while 🥴 Not only does this school Clearly not care about cleanliness During the time of COVID but it does not care to cater to students several times... People often mention students, school, time, amazing,

Conditions of the women’s bathroom on a Monday before students arrive.🤢🤮 mind you no one comes in on sundays so it was probably left this way for a while 🥴 Not only does this school Clearly not care about cleanliness During the time of COVID but it does not care to cater to students several times we are out of items and they do nothing about it. Some of the staff have even displayed prejudice behavior against black/brown students. I could go on and on but please do not attend this school!!! Find somewhere better for your own good and success!

This review is for the people that are interested in going to school here. I was in the part time night Skin Care program and was extremely disappointed with the lack of structure, organization, communication, and at times their professionalism. They don’t tell you they mix the students. So if you’re new and just starting, you will be probably be thrown into a class where many people are on different levels and with a few who are closer to graduating. There’s people shouting, FaceTiming on their cell phones, looking up zodiac signs on the classroom computer/tv, and ironing their shirts all DURING class. My teacher that I had doesn’t engage in teaching or build confidence in her students and just sat on her computer every single day I was there. She had us read the textbook completely out of order…she had us start with chapter 5 which is Skin Analysis. You can’t do a skin analysis on a person without knowing any diseases/conditions or simply without knowing the physiology of the skin period. She made us read that one chapter alone, for 4 hours a day, for a whole week with no discussions about it or hands on study. I could go on and on but seriously, how can you learn like this? I literally felt so lost and was utterly annoyed with the whole thing, I ended up asking for a refund. Yes, I received it finally but that’s because I kept calling and calling asking for an update. Every time I would reach out, they would give me the ring around and send me to different people which was frustrating to say the least. The contract and them said I would receive a check in the mail within 30 days but after waiting 5 weeks, I had to physically go to the school and they just refunded it back onto my card instead. Something so easy was dragged out for so long. Ms. Leila, Ms. Wallie, and Diedre were the people that helped as much as they could. There’s so many things that need to be changed within this place and I hope it does as I was originally so excited to come here. I ended up going to a different school and am super happy with the switch I made.

Dec 8, 2022. 5:45pm. I had a very good massage at a very good price. Management, however, may be failing its customers and, in turn and more importantly, its students. While Students have a responsibility to promote and foster a professional salon/spa experience, moreover, it is the responsibility of management and staff to do so. 1. Massage requires an appointment- completely understandable. However, you must call in a speak with reception to make an appointment. Far too antiquated. I have booked massages online for the past decade. Students will use only online booking in the employment world. 2. The serene spa/salon experience should begin at the front door. Though I was the only one in reception at my arrival, the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and on several occasions told passing students how flustered she was. 3. After my massage, the MT accompanied me to the front and suggested I ask for her next time. I then asked Reception if Thursday Dec 15 at 5:45 was available. Reception responded by saying the 15th is a Wednesday, which, of course is incorrect. Once we clarified that the 15th is a Thursday, the MT asked the receptionist if Thursday was their company event and, therefore, no client services. The receptionist responsible for making appointments responded by saying she didn’t know and that the MT should ask her manager. Off went the MT, I sat down and waited and the receptionist complained a bit more. The MT returned and confirmed no client services on Thursday. 4. I then asked for the first Thursday in January. The receptionist’s response was we don’t take Jan appointments until January. In the salon world, customers are not going to want to endure this after paying $200 for a service. Again, Management and staff have even more responsibility than students to create and foster a professional, calming salon/spa environment and experience. I thanked the MT and left.

Everyone is super nice and I love my nail tech Stephanie Otero. She always has great ideas on what to do for designs on my nails and is always letting me know what she's doing before she does it... I already can't wait for my next appointment and I just got my nails done!!!

I had a manicure and a spa pedicure with Carina and it was lovely! I rarely treat myself to beauty care and Carina made sure to make my experience delightful. She was friendly, professional, very concerned with my satisfaction, and even redid the polish on my nails when the product was being uncooperative. I’m going to try and catch her again before ease graduates at the end of March, and you should too!

Every single time I have called this place to make an appointment (on different days and times) they never have anyone available to do a simple mani/pedi. I give up on ever supporting them, and will just go back to my regular salons. A nail school that has no one able to do a manicure is enough of a first impression for me, and I never even made it to the building.

I’ve been going to this school for different services for years. I can spend a day of pampering for a reasonable price. They are students so you have to be patient. They’re nervous as well, but they do a good job doesn’t do any good to yell at him or scream at them..

I didn't go to the place nor am I interested in going with just one call because I was disappointed and they didn't let me finish talking, only they hung up on me very poorly attended and in short all of us Latinos should support each other
