    Rob is an amazing personal trainer whom I can't recommend highly enough. I've been training with him since 2016 and have followed him from Crunch, Fitness First and to his own gym The Strength Lab, which is 2 min walk from Chatswood train station. The programs he designs are always tailored to my goals. He also monitors the nutrition and provides feedback in a timely manner. Robert is passionate, knowledgeable and truly caring about my fitness journey.He has helped me achieve my short term goal (from size 10 to size 8)in just 3-4 months. Would highly recommend.

    Rob offers the best in personal training. He considers every individuals' needs, goals and tailors a program to suit you. I started PT because I wanted to "lose weight" but what I found was that the lessons and training not only helped the way I looked physically, but how I viewed fitness and nutrition overall. The programs are also easy to follow and enabled me to be confident enough to train myself on the days I donโ€™t train with Rob.

    I heard about Rob's gym through word of mouth (friend of a friend type thing) as I had been looking to, not really get into strength training, but just look after myself from a fitness perspective. From the time that I have spent there (approximately a month) it doesn't surprise me at all that he has entirely five star reviews. I wasn't really certain what to expect, I am conscious that looking at a wall of weights and machines can be somewhat intimidating (certainly for me) but I was made to feel comfortable right away. I had expected to work hard, and you are certainly made to do that, but what I wasn't expecting was the friendly community. Whilst the training I have been doing has been very much one-on-one with close support from Rob, there are other members there and there's a nice feel to it. I have a little girl and working relatively fixed and long hours so it's been great that Rob has been so flexible, I'm coming ridiculously early to fit around my life schedule but I get the feeling that it wouldn't be a concern to move sessions around if required. All in all, it's been a wonderful experience so far and look forward to continuing in the future.

    I joined Strength Lab last year through word of mouth and have been enjoying every single training session. With Rob, you get more than a physical trainer of the body. Itโ€™s more of an overall healthy lifestyle program of physical, emotional and spiritual growth that has met my personal needs. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind but be sure to give you the push to achieve your goals. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Rob.

    Rob is a committed, passionate and super informed personal trainer. I am so grateful to his coaching and oversight into my health outcomes. Rob is consistent and balances being firm, direct with compassionate and understanding to my unique circumstances when we are driving goals. He keeps himself well educated across the science of exercise and nutrition and never misses an opportunity to share his learnings! The studio is intimate and clean which is a bonus.

    Rob is an amazing personal trainer. Not only does he create exercise routines, making sure postures are correct, he also goes into detail on health and nutrition. He tries to tailor programs that are sustainable for a healthy body and weight loss. Rob's gym is just the right size for training, it has all the equipment needed. Everyone of his clients are very friendly as well, just like a nice community. Looking forward to continue training with Rob and getting results!

    Charise took care of my MCL injury very well, was informative and followed up progress on the injury weekly. Charise generously offered me to use their ice machine as well which helped the recovery process. 10/10 Physio, I recommend all athletes to head over to the strength lab for recovery.

    Premium Equipments in the gym with Inbody equipment to check your conditions and guide where you at. Also friendly and professional trainer helps you to reach your goals. Overall, best quality personal trainer so far I experienced.

    Rob is great to work with. Iโ€™ve had other trainers but I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve achieved anything like what Iโ€™ve done with Rob. Heโ€™s very informative on nutrition and has changed how I view my diet. Plus I take my kids with me and heโ€™s great with them too! I feel lucky to be working with him. And obviously the space is amazing as well. Super clean and welcoming!
