I
first
learned
about
this
salon
after
my
stylist,
Brian,
started
working
there.
The
location
is
great
-
it's
convenient
(if
you
live/visit
the
regular
downtown
area),
and
the
staff
is
incredibly
friendly.
I
usually
get
the
following
services
there:
1)
Relaxer,
and
2)
Color
and
Conditional
treatment.
I
am
a
pretty
low
maintenance
person
so
I
don't
do
intricate
styles
(especially
for
it
to
succumb
to
Florida
humidity)
and
I
have
never
had
a
problem
with
either
of
those
services
there.
Note:
to
the
person
who
recently
claimed
their
hair
was
ruined
by
relaxing,
I
would
like
to
say
that
while
I'm
truly
sorry
you
didn't
receive
the
excellent
service
I
regularly
receive,
you
lost
me
at
claiming
that
you
were
told
you
can
wash
your
hair
after
relaxing
it
on
the
same
day.
As
a
person
who
has
done
this
for
many
of
their
adult
years
(despite
having
a
sensitive
scalp),
I
can
say
that
I
have
never
and
would
never
ever
wash
my
hair
the
same
day
as
a
relaxer,
and
no
stylist
I
have
ever
had
would
ever
recommend
that.
You
shouldn't
need
to
wash
it
on
the
same
day
because
it
already
gets
throughly
washed
to
get
the
treatment
out,
and
your
roots/scalp
need
some
time
(days)
to
adjust
to
the
effects
of
the
relaxer.
It
is
within
your
right
to
be
dissatisfied
with
your
experience,
but
it's
equally
important
to
get
some
facts
straight.

and
I'll

happy
to

you
request

Anyway,
the
salon
allocates
my
time
for
services
perfectly
as
I
am
usually
done
on
or
before
the
time
they
have
set.
I
like
that
I
can
call,
or
book
my
appointments
online
as
well.
I
highly
recommend
this
salon.
