I've been with Dr Penny Lim for years now. Followed her from her previous practice in Castle Hill to here. She is professional, knowledgeable and extremely competent. And the whole service (from entering the premises until you leave) is amazing and very pleasant. There aren't enough words to describe my continuous positive experience with this service - highly recommend it!

My family have seen Penny for different issues and she has provided great treatment plans for all of them.

Have being coming to this practice for many years, and the staff are always welcoming and make you feel at ease, even if undergoing a procedure. Everything is explained well in a way that you understand and there is good follow up. There is easy access to the building from the footpath and it is handy to the rail station and parking can be found down the road or on the other side of the railway line.

Dr Penny Lim is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a lovely bedside manner. She examines your skin very thoroughly, explains your pathology results / diagnosis clearly and outlines treatment options in detail. During the procedure, the nursing staff talk you through all that is happening, checking in on you consistently to ensure that any anxiety is reduced. I've seen Dr Lim five times in the past month and at each visit she has been running to time. There are several reception staff, who are pleasant and personable, so that enquiries by phone, email and in person are attended to promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Pymble Dermatology to family and friends.
