Too pushy, the sales woman was nice enough but when someone tells you 2 or 3 times that they are just window shopping and not making a sale, that is the time to stop pushing the sale

I came into the store looking to either reset a pair of earrings or trade them in. Rich was incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with! Sara was great! My fiancé and I came in for 6 month cleaning and inspection on my engagement ring, at the time we had no intentions of making a purchase but when Sara noticed we were looking at wedding bands she told us about the current sale going on. She wasn’t pushy and gave us privacy to discuss our options so I didn’t feel pressured. I know I was very indecisive and I tried on a lot of different rings and Sara crunched numbers many times for us but she was so nice about it and understood it is an important, symbolic piece of jewelry and it needed to be what we wanted. Overall we are beyond satisfied with the service and the value!
