poor
on
each
occasion
I
have
visited.
I
always
forget
there
is
a
sign
at
which
you
have
to
queue
or
noone
will
serve
you
but
if
you
enter
from
Barrack
Street
you
don't
see
the
sign.
It
can
only
be
seen
when
you
enter
from
George
Steet.
I
knew
exactly
what
I
wanted.
I
was
buying
2
coffee
cups
as
a
gift.
The
espresso
cups
were
in
the
boxes
on
the
shelf
but
not
the
Lungo.
When
I
tried
to
get
staff
attention
I
was
told
that
I
had
been
seen
but
would
not
be
served.
I
was
informed
that
the
person
who
entered
the
store
after
me
and
was
standing
at
the
sign
would
be
served
first.
I
went
and
stood
at
the
sign
.
After
the
person
who
was
at
the
sign
was
served,
the
staff
member
looked
around
at
me
and
then
walked
over
to
attend
to
customers
at
the
self
service.
He
asked
if
they
needed
assistance,
although
they
were
not
queueing
at
the
sign,
and
he
continued
to
ignore
me.
He
finally
waved
another
staff
member
to
attend
to
me.
The
woman
who
attended
me
was
very
pleasant
but
I
was
completely
over
it.
I
felt
so
humiliated
I
could
not
respond
to
her.
I
bought
the
coffee
cups
and
left.
