    Ms. Deniz made the whole experience at Nespresso an amazing and a memorable one. She did not lose her patience while we browsed thorough the store before making a final selection & purchase. . Huge collection of the Nespresso pkds and all models of coffee machines. . Loved my purchase and visiting this store.

    Worst customer service. The guy working there was rude. Asked questions about payment options which im sure he can do something about. Instead of escalating to his manager. Simply said it cant be done. No assistance and zero customer concern after my question. Also was mean to us when we wanted to get tasting. The girl serving there is also rude. Ignored us completely. We look like fools. We have been long time Nespresso subscribers but this kind of onsite service is just appalling.

    My visit today was an absolute pleasure. I travelled down by train from the Blue Mountains with my daughter and Jay helped me secure a new mug for my machine. He said they were out of stock but I could see them. I asked him if we could pay for one off the shelf and he could replace that when the stock came in. He understood that I had travelled there for one and he dug one up for us out of a returned machine. A truly hospitable experience today. I even bought more pods because he went above and beyond in his duties. Thanks heaps Jay.

    This is a big Nespresso store, with all of coffee machines and capsules there. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful,specially Melvin was very nice and helpful. He explained briefly what we need about subscriptions and coffee. Melvin also is very polite.

    I was with my daughter at the Nespresso store on George Street on 07.05.222. We were attended by Ana. Extremely friendly person. Very well prepared. Always with a smile, he clarified all our doubts and explained a lot of things we didn't know about the types of coffee. I recommend everyone to visit the store and look for Ana. We left extremely satisfied with the service. I feel obliged to share this with customers.

    Today we visited Nespresso Boutique and met Joshua. We had the best time purchasing our coffee machine. Joshua clearly understood our requirement and taste. His expertise in the world of coffee was very evident. The coffee that he served to us was better than even the barista made coffee from our local cafe. We are very excited to start using our new machine for the daily dose of coffee. Joshua is very calm, patient and polite, we are glad to have met him today and excited to start our coffee journey with Vurtuo Next!

    HUGO and ANNA are amazing. They looked after us so well. Probably the best service that anyone has ever had ever in Sydney. Very warm and caring while making a significant purchase.

    I had a fantastic experience with the flagship coffee expert Joshua. Extremely passionate and knowledgeable and spent an extensive amount of time explaining the simple joys of coffee as well as the complex strategies and lengths that Nespresso go to in order to satisfy the consumer. As someone just starting out their “coffee journey” it was vastly appreciated.

    Customer service and speed of delivery is great, however can you please explain the logic of packing x1 pod sleeve per parcel box when x4 sleeves would fit comfortably. I received x4 separate parcels for x4 sleeves. Seems rather wasteful when it comes to packaging wouldn't you say? Seems to be contradictory to your sustainability initiatives.

    Look for joshua , he is really helpful and he is a coffee expert. he will introduce you to the technology if you are a first timer he will let you taste the coffee as well.

    Coffee Bar area - Denise & Frank - exceptional, very professional and very knowledgeable on the coffee creations, the roasting, flavour and differences in the types of coffee as well as personable so much faith restored at the Coffee Bar. The prior experience was not so great I brought four friends to introduce them to this product and services and boasted about it and Joshua was so snobby and rude to us that I was very embarrassed. I asked questions and he only smiled even when we complimented him 💁🏻‍♀️

    Happen to walk into the flagship Nespresso shop, as coffee lover, always love to explore new designs and flavours of the coffee from Nespresso. Today’s coffee tasting is really special, with extremely professional and knowledgeable staffs, Joshua (coffee expert) and Cham assisted with our amazing coffee tasting experience, gained extra knowledge about different tastes and style of coffee. Thank you, will come again :)

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely shop and items were displayed well. Great that you can sample various coffees prior to purchasing. Would recommend a visit rather than purchasing on line.

    10/10 customer service with smile. The gentleman on the floor with "visitor" name tag helped me out while I was waiting for available staff by simply coming out of his over looking the floor duty and got my descaler out of the stock room, did send me off with great smile... Hospitality at its best and sure did make my day. Thank you, I was a happy customer.

    I find service very poor on each occasion I have visited. I always forget there is a sign at which you have to queue or noone will serve you but if you enter from Barrack Street you don't see the sign. It can only be seen when you enter from George Steet. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was buying 2 coffee cups as a gift. The espresso cups were in the boxes on the shelf but not the Lungo. When I tried to get staff attention I was told that I had been seen but would not be served. I was informed that the person who entered the store after me and was standing at the sign would be served first. I went and stood at the sign . After the person who was at the sign was served, the staff member looked around at me and then walked over to attend to customers at the self service. He asked if they needed assistance, although they were not queueing at the sign, and he continued to ignore me. He finally waved another staff member to attend to me. The woman who attended me was very pleasant but I was completely over it. I felt so humiliated I could not respond to her. I bought the coffee cups and left. Back to online for me.

    We had the best experience at Nespresso thanks to Dequan (sorry if I got the spelling wrong). He took us through the ins and outs of our new machine and made sure we were taken care of. He was so lovely and thoughtful and really catered to our needs by giving us helpful suggestions and guidance on which capsules to get. Customer service from this man is 10/10. He was just so easy to talk to and I felt like my partner and I were in good hands the whole time we were here. Thank you Dequan!

    Great coffee. I came here today to get the special edition coffee capsules. Seasonal Delight Spices and Frosted Caramel Nut surprisingly really good!!! Today’s the best service I’ve ever had at Nespresso Boutique. the FOH lady and the barista lady were super nice to me. Really enjoyed my purchase experience this afternoon. I came here many times before and there is two asian guy staff was quiet racist to me.

    Have had several visits to Nespresso Sydney over the years. It just gets better each visit. I feel this is a more thorough experience than ordering on line, if one can do it. Our purchases were speedily and easily organised by Jay, who gave us his full attention, a most friendly young man. It was a bonus for us to sample various coffees at the free tasting bar. The young ladies who served us were most courteous informative, and friendly. You must call into this big store at 1/345 George St, Sydney when next in town for whatever you want in Coffee or slick Coffee Machines( and accoutrements) they are stacked and presented perfectly, wall to wall! This is a destination, and an experience, you won’t be disappointed!

    Consistent with the many Nespresso experience stores that I've been to thus far. Capsules, machines, accessories, and a tasting bar. The full arsenal of Nespresso products can probably be found here. The only kicker here being that this store has these automated ATM machines that looks extremely fancy at first glance. Wasn't able to try it myself because of my SG profile instead of an AU profile. That all said, staff were nice and friendly, especially the lady at the entrance helping us with our queries (we probably looked a little lost). Price point wise it's similar to SG, so we ended up not getting anything. Their products do make good gifts especially for Christmas or housewarming gifts.

    It is always a treat to visit the Nespresso Boutique, the staff there are so welcoming and efficient. My latest visit was on Thursday 17/11/2022, when I went to drop my used coffee capsules in the bin provided, a member of staff opened the lid for me, said "Thanks for recycling ! ", and handed me two bags for my next batch of used capsules. Very nice ! While I was there I took the opportunity to purchase some of their limited edition capsules, including the Infiniment Gourmand variety. I made a cup of coffee with one of these capsules the next day, it was quite delicious, perhaps one of their best limited editions to date.

    To the "manager" of the Nespresso shop at George Street Chris thank you for the non existent customer service you provided me and my family on Sunday. The way you dodged us even with eye contact was impeccable and serving other customers that just came in when we have been waiting there not even asking if are being served. When I asked your position and your name when we finished our purchase with no help from you, don't act like you provided us customer service or even acknowledged that we were there.

    The lovely Ana has not only massive knowledge on the Nespresso brand and products, but was also extremely kind and lovely explaining us how the current recycling program works. She also showed us the new coffee pods available and explained more about the machines. She not only had an answer to all of our questions, but was always patient and kind. This Nespresso store is my favorite to go, for sure, thanks to her kindness and professionalism.

    The atmosphere the staff create is so welcoming and enjoyable, I would have spent the day here! Joanne and Josh were so helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get my machine repaired while also showing me the new amazing coffees on offer. I also had a very interesting discussion about Nespresso’s commitment to sustainability and regeneration within their coffee growing regions. Josh is very passionate about coffee and it was inspiring discussing it all with him. Thank You!

    My mate and I went to the shop today to pick up her order, after wait for 10 mins the service they delivered was not good. A tall very short hair male staff served us, whole time no greeting, no smiling and very impatient. My mate was introducing me about her experience and the machine, which is the staff needs to do, but he shows 0 interest. I told him can I try a coffee before I purchase the machine, he went to service the other customer. My mate and I standing behind him waiting to try thr coffee, he made one coffee then gave to someone else, then went to the back and left us on the floor. I personally got very offended, then left the store, this is such a poor experience for this porpular brand.

    Agree, with the customer service not been all that!! Went in to purchase 2 sleeves of my fave pods and ALL I wanted to do was pay and be on my way. The customer representative kept on asking me to go into one of the self service counters. It was sooooo pointless as it didn't work. ALL I wanted was to pay for it and go. Thankfully another team member came pass and asked if I was alright in which I replied "just really want to pay for the two sleeves and be on my way" he promptly assisted me finally. I usually go the the Bondi Junction store because the service there is just immaculate (although I live in the city). Sorry Nespresso George St team, you really need to lift up your customer service ☆☆ for me.

    A truly pleasurable experience at Nespresso flagship store, even when they're sold out of what I'm shopping for! Lucas is a exceptional service provider. Couldn't get the combo as no frothers left in Australia. Black Friday sale, go figure! First world problems, how will I cope? Without I guess and Lucas made me not care. He made me a lovely coffee and made my day. Please let me know Nespresso George St if you can sell me a display or used one? 5 Star all round. Thank you for your great service Regards Sarah Ford

    I am blown away by the service. The assistants in the store and those at the door are so polite, well-spoken and helpful. It's cliched but it was an actual experience and that was my first visit to a boutique. You just don't get service like this anymore.

    If you’re going into the store, ask to see Anna!!! She was absolutely amazing, knows her stuff really well, clearly a coffee enthusiast who isn’t afraid to give you her personal opinion. She was very insightful and has amazing energy! Next time, will be checking to see if she is working before I head on into the store 10/10 customer experience/satisfaction... she was downright amazing!

    I visited the Nespresso store early one morning. The store was empty and the staff members were idle and chatting to each other. I was directed to the self service terminal but did not have my member card with me. One of the staff came to help me (or so I thought). I thought he was assisting me with my purchase but he just gave me my member details and directed me back to the self service terminal. The store was still empty and his colleagues still idle. When I queried this he became quite impatient and waved in the direction of the other side of the store and said that was where to queue for customers to get staff service. In the time elapsed he could have just helped me! Why does Nespresso charge a premium for zero customer service?
