I’m his place is a lot of fun. We got the kids ultimate pass. Which was amazing when we first got it. However, now, they told us because it’s a weekend and they have so many birthday parties the kids are allowed to play for 2 hours only. This condition is new and not what we originally agreed.

This place is amazing for people that need a break from their children but don't want to leave them. You can literally go and sit in the area where the food is prepared. Have a beverage, even an adult beverage and just relax while your children run around and scream as loud as they want to without being told to be quiet by others. It is awesome. Had so much fun I recommend getting the membership because just like the other day we went to the movie theater next door and while we were waiting it was just me, my friend and her grandson who holds a pass for urban Air while we were waiting. We was like an hour away from the movie starting. We were just going to go next door and let him play because he had a membership

Had my daughter's bday there yesterday it was awesome! That staff was great and especially our host. Sorry can't remember her name! Great experience, great environment, great pizza and more! I have one very Happy kid! Ty!❤

Great place to visit and let the kids have so much fun with different things to do. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom dirty and there wasn't much seats to sit I had to sit on the massage chair with my baby guess because all the people with little bit of table. The food stand takes so long just to get a water the workers were very busy doing a lot of other orders recommend bringing your own drink other then that great place for the children to have fun.

This play area is much smaller than I thought it would be, but it has more variety than Defy does. But that being said I do think a few things should be updated or changed. 1. There is to many exits, the mall exit, the front door exit, the staff doors in back, and back by the bathrooms you don’t know where they go. It’s makes it uncomfortable to take your eyes off your kids for a second and when you have multiple kids that you’re trying to watch it can be uneasy. 2. They are understaffed they don’t have enough workers to have everything open (I realize this is a problem everywhere) but it is frustrating and I’m sorry but these teen workers need to learn to behave differently, the two girls at the desk were holding hands and acting weird while I’m trying to ask a few questions about the membership, I mean we are in a kids place after all respect your customers more and have better attitudes. 3. This place is dark in some areas like the kids play area where they climb in for the littles it could use a few more lights. It should be well lit and staffed because these are children inside this building, and I was very surprised at how rundown this place is after only being opened three years from what I was told, seems like it would be cleaner and newer still since it’s not very old. We are giving it a try but because the prices are fair but I do not like feeling trapped for a whole year to stay at this place so if I need to call corporate, I will, but they should change the policy to maybe a three month or six months membership I don’t agree with them charging you for the whole year. Also, just for the record I don’t think all their signs for the height requirements are correct they have two different 41 inches or taller signs and my son I know is 41 1/2 inches tall but for some reason he only shows the height on one of their signs the other sign by the rock climbing area he doesn’t show 41 inches or taller so that’s a bit irritating. And even though he is over 41” tall they will not let him do it because it’s a ultimate package item but why would I pay for that when he can’t do the other ultimate package item things it makes no sense their rules.

Perfect for birthday parties. private rooms available. staff is Patient and accommodating. Pizza and ice cream on site. something for everybody. So fun, you'll have to drag your kids away. And they will sleep like a rock.

My grandson son had his 6th birthday here. The place was super crowded. Big kids running around out of control while little ones are trying to have simple fun. The staff are young & are either standing around not watching their station or can not be found. Very frustrating. Five hundred dollars for a party of 10 children. What a rip off, never again!

I came in to this place thinking that I would have a great time with my family back in March 2021. We had an issue with a guest (14 years old) skipping the line multiple times. My brother, kindly ask the girl to please stop skipping the line. The girl started to curse at my family and not only that, she left and returned with a group of probably 6 more kids. However, we ignored them and kept enjoying of our night. After all, this kids and parents were hiding and when they saw us, one one the girl (didn’t know at the moment) attacked me behind my back punching me in the face. Everything turns to a nightmare! The huge group including parent started it to physically attacking us. The more upsetting part is that we called the police and they didn’t do anything about. The manager on duty told lack of knowledge told me and my family that we never could come back to that place again, letting the other group (20+ And black people) leave. Sadly that this place has managers like this and youngest employees that do not know how to handle this type of situation. They don’t have security or medical assistant. I would definitely won’t come back to that ghetto place and neither recommended to someone.

My 2 yo loves it. It's way bigger than expected. Arcade and Cafe, party rooms, benches, a whole kids play tube/slide area, big slide, dodgeball, basketball, ball pits, foam pits, ninja course obstacles, and there some big sweeping arm bit it's always out of service.

My children had a blast last weekend at Urban Air we were invited to a birthday party there and it was very entertaining for them. We went when they opened it and the crow of people was low.

Selena and Layla put big smiles on my boy's faces.... They had a blast especially at the zip line..... we definitely will be back !

Good experience! It was our first time at this fun place. The prices are pretty good at the snack place, as well as for 2 hours of play. The only thing I was dissatisfied with, is it took 25 min. just to get an order of waffle fries. That is a bit too long for my liking. Not sure why it took so long. However, everyone there genuinely seemed nice and helpful. My granddaughter had a wonderful time!

We had a really nice time until my daughter injured herself last Saturday. She spilled her entire drink on the floor and another patron put a trash can over it. My daughter had blood all over her hands and face. No one came over. I told the boy at the concession stand. I took her to the bathroom and was in there for several minutes. I had to walk to the front desk and request a manager before I left to take her to the ER. A young girl came over on behalf of the manager and took my information. She said they would call me Monday to check up on her. This is Sunday, a week later. NOTHING! It's incredible how little they care.

We went with our kids ad Urban Air Lakeside. Was not what we expected. Concrete on the floor, all attraction ised and not some not working ( wipeout), very few and old arcades, 3 small kids jumping in one trampoline ( which is very dangerous). No safety measures. We went in first and nobody asked anything. We will try to visit other Urban Air locations as well.

I just left this location after having my sons birthday party and it was one of the best, easiest, stress free parties I have had. Everyone was amazing! The food was amazing! Ms. Red and our host Derrion were the absolute best. I recommend you guys consider this location for your next event.

Great atmosphere we got the ultimate pass and you get an adult discount they didnt have the go carts. I believe because it's inside of a mall staff is great. Everybody's doing multiple things but still being friendly and professional only one ride was broken kids still had a great time so did i on the sky rider And they have lockers that you can rent for a reasonable Price

Today we had my nephew's 11th birthday party there and I have to say... FANTASTIC experience! Urban Air is so clean and fun for everyone in the family. We rented a private room for the party and Doris was our party host. She was amazing! She was so gentle, kind patient, very thorough and efficient too. Please make sure she gets recognized for her efforts! Thank you Doris!

Had my little ones birthday party here, it was great. Kids had a blast, and the host took care of everything.

My wife and I took the grandkids here (ages 14 - 16) and they thoroughly enjoyed every moment they spent here. There's more activities and more space than other similar venues I've been to in other places. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The only negative thing (and this is very minor) was the noise level, but this is to be expected in an environment such as this. We had a great time and will be back again.
