    Seriously the staff are just the best. Great sales great clothing. I felt like I was in a damn night club.     Super guttered about my experience at Sydney Culture Kings. Alvin who served me was absolutely rude and continued to mock and make “jokes” about me because i asked for a second opinion. It was miscommunication but the fact him and his colleague proceeded to continue the bullying through the entire time us being in store is not on. I did inform the manager that he was being rude and it seemed like it wasn’t the first time. (Manager was lovely though) it was just all unnecessary so i just don’t understand his rude attitude and childish behaviour, if you don’t like customer service don’t work in the industry, simple. Ended up going to footlocker across the road who were politer and had the shoes i needed so i guess problem solved! Go to footlocker, culture kings is over hyped.

    Extremely terrible experience due to the abuse I had from this store. I enquired the barber there which is part of Culture Kings, about a haircut and the barber mocked my voice. He and his coworkers laughed. What a nice way to bully a customer... You know how a single word can have a deep impact to a person? You know nothing the person has been through, and the bully, the abuse such as this, impacts on their mental health. What a disgrace, it was shocking when mental health has a hugh importance to a person's wellbeing. Edit for owners response: This occured over 2 years ago. It left a deep mark. I hope the change in store team during that time have changed the culture as well because other reviews here seems otherwise; still poor staff experience. Attitudes, professionalism same. Thanks for the offer but I don't have a good reason anymore to visit the store.

    Spent a lot of time with the staff here looking for clothes, Kevin and another team member were a massive help. Got to checkout and my purchase card was declined for "suspicious activity" (just moved from NZ so understandable) they kept my clothes together while I called my bank and got told I had to wait 30 mins until my card would work. Couldn't get food or anything, because that was my only card. Kevin gave me $12 to get a feed while I waited out the 30 mins. I didn't want to take it but he insisted and I was amazed with his generosity. I tried to give him $20 back once my card was working but he politely refused. Ended up splitting the 20 at the till to make it even. Man needs a raise if anything. Will definitely be returning. Loved the service. Cheers CK

    Culture King's is down the elevator in the mall, it's all new and looks great. Really busy most of the time with lots of teens hanging around trying to score free stuff which is kind of annoying. There lots of gear here to pick up though their online store is much better as there's thousands of items to choose from there and not even half of the gear online is instore so be sure to call and check if you plan on going to pick something up. They have a barber shop, the claw machine and the basketball hoop to score some great freebies but Goodluck getting a token to try these out as they are hard to come by. The staff are very helpful and will mostly go above and beyond to help you out. Check it out if your around the area it's always a good place to check out.

    What started out as a great shopping experience online; good price, quick delivery, communication etc. quickly turned into an absolute sham when something wasn't right. Shoes arrived with a damaged mangled lace. On contacting them they advised they could refund the cost of the shoes IF I returned them at my own cost. I questioned wouldn't it be more logical just to send me new laces or refund the cost of laces? Could not be done. Refused to give a partial credit. And refused to swap over with a new pair of shoes. I wasn't even asking for a refund - I just want an undamaged shoelace. This remains unresolved. Don't shop here

    I visited the store today at 2:56 PM. I was just asking about the stuff I buy having a different price between the store and online on the same day. But the staff looked down on me, and He said just 5 dollars, mockingly laughed at me, and then walked away. Bad manners and a bad attitude. I’m not talking about that amount, I’m talking about why it has a different amount. I just need an explanation, not your harsh words. Another staff member helped me do the refund. He is friendly. The store is amazing but has poor customer service. Had a bad experience and don’t want to come back again. 😔

    Exceptional customer service from Andrea (Sydney Store) over the phone this morning in relation to an exchange for a pair of Reebok Omni Pumps. She organised all of the forms for me so I could quickly return the shoes for another size as they are a shoe that sell out very quick. 11/10 :) Thanks again! PS Sorry had to redo review as I was using wrong email account.

    I will never trust culture kings again. I ordered a lot stuff for Black Friday sale and paid for express shipping. After 2 weeks of not updating me with any emails, today they refunded my money. I’m checking their website, they still have all the things that I ordered, they just don’t want to send them, that means their Black Friday sale was a scam. I could use my money to shop from other places. The amount you refunded means nothing, I lost Black Friday opportunity. Very very very disappointed. Will never trust this brand again.

    I went a couple of days ago and was greeted by the friendliest team member. Her name was Tas and she helped my son and myself pick out some shoes for his birthday presents as i’m of an older generation and don’t know too much on the latest shoes ha! but she was definitely a huge help, Will be coming back!

    Usually have a good experience at your stores but my first time going to your Sydney city store and the last. Had a 3 for $100 section and then tried to tell us everything we had picked out wasn’t part of the deal even though they were all on the rack. Hard to believe “someone just dumped them there” when there were 3-5 of the exact same shirts/jumpers on that rack with them. Eventually they honoured it. I then got back home from the city and noticed the security alarm was still on one of the shirts so had to go all the way back to the shop

    Always shop online for culture kings. Basically one of the few times I've managed to visit instore and customer service was non existent. Have to hunt someone down and its like it's a problem for them to help you and no they weren't busy at all, it was a Tuesday evening.

    Staff are hard to find sometimes, but when you do find them they’re pretty cool. Street wear collection is decent. Oh and if you ever win something from the claw machine go buy a lottery ticket because it’s your lucky day.

    I absolutely loved shopping here we visited 4 times in 1 week!! Would 100% recommend. Peter assisted us with everything! we needed. Peter is a nice caring guy, we all built a strong bond and we became friends.

    I came to purchase a bag. The product has nothing to complain but customer service was a big question. Obviously there is stock and I checked but the Asian looking guy with the bony tail answered NO. It turned out there was stock but he didn’t bother to help! It was interesting to see how they turned off customers so easy and it was a common feedback 🙃

    This place is great, I went here and it felt like a concert there was a DJ up stairs which you could see. The prices are pretty good considering the products they sell. I loved it here but I can see why if some people find it a bit too noisy.

    Amazing store, with a lot of drop incoming. The store manager and employees really know their stuff well, and are really nice when it comes to what you are looking for. Bought my Nike 2021s from this place, and I never look back on that purchase with disdain, but with happiness.

    We love shopping here. Recently we met **Freddy**, he delivered the most amazing customer service. On our next couple of visits he recognised us and delivered amazing service again!.     Looking for Jordan shoes look no further .. love the vibe and music at the shop , felt like we were in the club….ask for Jordan shoes to the staff coz you may not find styles you wanted displayed … friendly staff will assist you ….my son was super happy to buy the shoes he wanted for so long + free promotional t shirt !!!     Worst customer service ever.... !!! Ordered limited edition shoes they arrived incorrect.. no quality control prior to leaving warehouse .. when emailed they just brushed it off like its normal to send out incorrect items.. 😤

    Very friendly and helpful staff, didn't get to hold anything in my hands for more than 30 seconds before a staff swoop in to help bring them to the counter first. Awesome experience!

    Went in to buy a cap, walked around and saw the one I wanted…. Then waited… looked around for a staff member…and waited… it’s so loud in-store you can’t ask for help as they simply can’t hear you… Ever lost a friend in a night club? That’s what it’s like to find a staff member, you can’t tell who is who. Walked out with purchasing anything.

    NOT PRAM/WHEEL CHAIR FRIENDLY UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO WAIT FOR SERVICE!! I like the clothing, shoes and accessories BUT the only downfall is that it's not pram/wheelchair friendly. If you have prams or even a wheel chair, they DO have access to go downstairs to their store BUUUUUUTTTTTTTTT, its like a mission to get there. First of all, there's no signage where to go if you have a pram/wheel chair but I managed to find the lift which is past the escalators on the left. But the catch is.. the lift is the staffs back of house lift. There are instructions that you must press the intercom button and ask for access to go down to the store. I waited for over 20mins & had to re press the intercom to ask if someone is on their way, then security (I think he was security) then finally came and swiped his access card to enter then had to wait for Culture Kings Staff to get me into the private lift. Not worth the wait to be honest.

    Awesome experience, very friendly customer service especially to Mitchell who went above and beyond. What was suppose to be a quick hat purchased turned out to be 1K well spent. Great Energy. Highly recommend
