We stayed here in mid October. The hotel is well located close to many wonderful attractions and great places to eat along the Piazza Bra. From the moment we stepped through the door to check in until the time we left 4 days later our experience was extremely positive. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. Our accommodation, in the Aida apartment, was first class and the breakfast options available were extensive and enjoyable. Hotel Giulietta E Romeo exceeded our expectations in every way and we would happily return to stay there again to enjoy beautiful Verona. We, without any hesitation, highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend. Location is perfect. Room was amazing. I like a soft mattress and mine was very firm, but this can be preference. All was up to date and very clean and crisp. I had a balcony view and it was amazing. The staff was very responsive. I booked on a 3rd party site and had asked questions and these were all responded to immediately. Breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast here is phenomenal, the buffet is large and varied!! The rooms and clean, fresh, and spacious. The location is perfect for visitors as it’s right behind the arena. Great for exploring the city!! Staff is very helpful. I’d stay here again.

Amazing and courteous staff, EVERYONE always ready to help, always with a smile, 24/7. One night we come in a 3AM and we had the same reception. Room alway clean 100%, the all facility clean 100%, The breakfast, Amazing!, This hotel deserves to be a 5 Stars Hotel. The Hotel Giulietta e Romeo is the example of perfection. We will be back!

This hotel is in an outstanding location to visit the city. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast served is ample and lots of choice. It is located right next to the Piazza Bra where really nice restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The staff (without exception) were lovely. I really couldn't find any fault with our visit. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This is a delightful, contemporary hotel in the heart of 'old' Verona. My room was bright, with considerable lighting options + natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to a balcony looking over the street below. It was very clean and modern with a particularly comfortable (firm) bed and roomy bathroom (except for shower stall). It seemed only Italian TV was available (not an issue when you're out enjoying the city most of the time). Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was a large spread with cereals, pastries, fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, and more. You can have any type of coffee using an automatic machine. Most importantly, the desk staff was particularly helpful regarding recommendations for sights to see and places to eat. Thanks in particular to Sara, Camilla, and Maria! ... / Brad

The Hotel Giulietta is right in the heart of everything! It's a lovely hotel and you immediately feel welcomed by the friendly staff. We were offered an upgrade to our room which we choose to take. This afforded us a balcony view of a lovely sunset in the early evening. We had asked the staff for dinner recommendations and they graciously made reservations for us at a local eatery. It was a short walk from the hotel and both the service and the food were wonderful! Our room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was AMAZING! Fresh fruits, sweets, savories, a feast! I wish we'd spent more nights in the lovely town and at Hotel Giulietta! This is a place we will look forward to returning to one day.

Cute hotel in a great location. Short walk to the main shopping area in Verona and down the block from the arena. Pros: - Front desk staff and very friendly and accommodating. They genuinely let us know to reach out to them if we wanted any recommendations in the area. They also remembered our Expedia perk as we were leaving and gave it to us, and called us a taxi quickly while checking us out. - Breakfast included had a great spread! - Windows open in the room - Minibar (but can be used as a little fridge) - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good TV placement with an outlet just min reach to hook up Roku - Awesome automatic blackout shutters Cons: - Small outdated bathroom that was super hot due to the towel rack (this can probably be turned down but not sure how to do that so this may be a me problem) - Shower was about the size of a cruise ship shower - There was a desk, but no outlet to charge a laptop nearby. Would stay again? ✅

Lovely hotel, very clean and location is just right next to the Arena and links to all the main streets for shopping. The breakfast was pretty good variety, from fruit to pastries, cold meats, egg/protein and many types of cereal/muesli. Definitely worth the value!

We have stayed in a lot of hotels and none of them can boast of such friendly staff and they are so available at any time of the day or night. You are all connected and always there for the guest and that too in a short time, the cleaners do an excellent job as well as in the kitchen and at the reception. You are a true example of how people in the service industry should treat a guest. This was our first visit to Italy and thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Comfortable and clean hotel, located in the heart of where you'll want to be. We had a car and booked a garage space in advance with the hotel. We had no issues with the car or getting there, but I would suggest not having a big car, and also looking at the route they give you on Google Maps so you are familiar with where you are going. Breakfast was very good. You can walk everywhere. Easy walk to the train station. Thank you for a great stay!

Dalia and Stefano along with all of the staff were very warm, welcoming and informative. Staff was outstanding. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was great…… above normal. Numerous pastries, hot item, fruit, brioche Nd so much more. EXCELLENT Location!!! Porter was 5 stars. Loaded and unloaded the car for us. Would stay here again and again.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is in a perfect location close to everything. When we arrived we were offered a little extra charge to upgrade our room that had a very large balcony that was well worth it. Breakfast was included with our room and had a good selection.

Absolutely has turned out to be one of our favorite places. Verona is very busy so the accommodations in the annex building were like having our own apartment away from the crowd. We especially loved our terrace with comfy chairs, pillows and blankets and loved the convenience of the restaurant right below our room.

You might think the best thing about this hotel is the perfect location or fantastic breakfast but you’d be wrong. The team at the front desk are superb. Knowledgeable and helpful, they even kept the Americans happy. Thank you 🇦🇺

Our stay at this hotel was very lovely, we enjoyed it a lot ! The stay was very nice, helpful and kind to us. We were able to leave our car in the hotel garage which is situated underground (30€ extra). The breakfast was nice and very large. Perfect location near the arenas, in the old town, easy to access, easy to walk from to see the old town. Lovely city to explore, really we loved our short stay here. Definitely coming back again if visiting Verona again.

Room in the annex building was very spacious, clean and comfortable. My only issue was that the shower hot water was very tricky (kept going from cold to hot) but overall a great place to stay and would do it again.

Very nice hotel. Our room had a balcony, which we did use once the sun had behind the neighboring building (too hot until then with no sun shade on the balcony). Great breakfast buffet and comfy rooms and very nice modern bathroom.

We had a very nice two night stay here. Nice sized room and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and lots of selection. The hotel is steps from the arena and lots of restaurants and fancy shops. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for second time. Both visits to go opera in the Arena, which is a couple of minutes walk away. With hindsight would have paid for better room because ours was a bit small for two. But overall a great stay in lovely Verona.

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of town, with shops, restaurants and the Arena only steps away. We had a room in the Annex block, which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast did not come with the room rate. It would be better to have a telephone in the room, so that we can call the reception.

We had a wonderful stay in our terrace room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having parking available in a historic city was important for us, so knowing it was taken care of was great. The hotel is perfectly located steps from the Arena. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Price is OK, but parking could/should be cheaper (12 euro for the night with the motorbike). The location is fantastic - super central and good sights and restaurants around each corner. I can recommend the suite with the little terrace - lovely to sit outside and enjoy a warm summer evening.

Kind people, well organised, clean and secure... At 20 maximum minutes walk from any main Verona's attractions. Fantastico!

Very sweet hotel. Every room has a balcony of course. A short walk to every sight to be seen. Our friends on the other side of the hotel could hear the concert at the arena but we were not disturbed on our side. The breakfast was amazing. The air conditioning seemed to work better than in our previous hotels which were grander but older.

Amazing breakfast selection every morning for reasonable price. Front Desk is very helpful in finding restaurants and way around Verona. The gym has what you need and is not busy. The apartments (multi bedroom units) are great for friends and family traveling together and are very comfortable and modern. Almost felt like I lived there. Great location and you can walk to everything you need to see in Verona.

Room with terrace was very nice, buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel in its entirety is very clean and centrally located.

Clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast offered( I want one of those coffee machines😊) helpful with restuarant suggestions and must see sites. This was my first trip to Verona and I traveled solo. Always felt safe and taken care of here.

Wow! Great find. The location is perfect: near the popular places but on a quiet street away from the commotion. The staff is superb. The breakfast is the best I’ve seen I’ve been in Italy, something for everyone as they’ve covered it all. It is near the Arena which has concerts. I’m glad they had their own garage. The room was beautiful, wood floors. Highly recommend.

Super glad to have found this hotel! Located smack in the center of Verona's major tourist spots, but away from the noise of the crowd. Friendly, attentive staff - especially the breakfast crew, great options for breakfast (a lot!), clean hotel and smells good too. Not bad for the price given the location, and access to the main streets of Verona. My family and I are very satisfied. :)

Excellent central location. Our room was small but still acceptable for the location. Small streets leading to the hotel, watch for pedestrians and drive very carefully. Valet style underground parking. Great breakfast, and that WMF coffee machine! In our room Wi-Fi too slow with interruptions… Overall recommended!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I did read good reviews before booking but after our stay I can say it was much better than expected. The hotel is brilliant! Nice and clean very well looked after. Lovely and clean rooms, you've got everything you need. Staff are very polite and helpful, always smiling. Great breakfast, nice coffee. Hotel is in the heart of Verona, seconds away from the Arena and all main shopping streets but room was very quiet, perfect to relax after a long tiring day walking around. We definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again one day. 🤗

I really love this place, and would really wished I could give it a 5 star review. Location was perfect, service fabulous with easy parking instructions; breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Can't believe we get to have all sorts of Eggs in Italy 😱 (+6 💫) Unfortunately, I'd give the room -4 ✨ for the non-existent sound proofing. The occupant beside us was coughing his lungs away the entire night. Then he snored. I could even hear their Bedside conversations, which weren't very loud tbh. Couldn't sleep much at all, had to inject myself with 2 caffes this morning (+1 💫) for amazing coffee machine). Oh wifi was bad too. Wished they'd have assigned us to the renovated room. 😵😭
