Completely unhelpful my SIM card doesn't work this shop told me to contact phone helpdesk, the first thing the phone helpdesk said was to go to a Proximus shop. Glad I'm with Orange.

Good and well equipped shop, most common items are usually in stock. Wait times at checkout can take long though as they do any help requests on the spot (so you have to wait).
