Amazing breakfast and service! The enthusiasm and the smiling faces of the staff make everything better. One small issue: there wasn’t a fridge in the rooms. I don’t know if this is common in Europe though.

Alles ist perfekt, aber es kommen sehr viele EinTagesTouristen, zum Teil 3 Busse am Abend. Ca. 100 Leute, dementsprechend läuft es am Frühstückstisch rund ; ) aber Personal ist Mega 😘

The Service in this hotel was very bad. The person who is the director was rud and terrible Service. When I was serving me a coffee, he rudely approached me to tell me that I couldn't have a takeaway coffee on the bus at 6 am. Unfortunately it does not meet the service of other Ibis. I do not recommend it. Rooms are dirty and so small.

We would like to thank Mr Hakan Aykac for his great partnership with our travel agency. He is always there to help and find the best solution. Ibis wavre is one of the best hotel with which we are staying on our European tour. The rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. All the staff is really professional and polite. The hotel is just at 15 min from Brussels and 10 min walking distance from many restaurants.

Arrived late due to snow. Room heating was off at 14.5° took all night to reach 19°.small room, most TV channels not working.

Every time clean, every time good breakfast and every time friendship reception staffs. Rooms Ibis standart good, easy parking area and very closely restaurants.

Two coach loads of people staying for 1 night and only 1 member of staff to handle check in and serve behind the bar. That 1 person deserves 6 stars and a bonus!

We booked this hotel because it is only 4 minuts driving to Walibi Belgium/Aqualibi. We must say that we are very impressed about the friendly service at this hotel. The check-in went very easy and the lady behind the reception was very kind! The rooms are tidy but very clean. The breakfast is simple but was organised very well and there is a choice for everyone. We had an pleasant stay at this hotel.

Good Old Reliable Ibis!! Everything as you have come to expect. Very clean, very new, all perfect to the company model. We had a perfect evening with Belgium beers then a relaxing and sound sleep in a very comfy bed. Very quiet room After that everything else is a bonus. Breakfast Buffett was very good ( not sure about Halal Sausages ) omelette tasty with beans and lots of everything else. Good stop over, plenty of parking and even outside seating for summer food & drinks. Recommended

We were very satisfied with this hotel. It was clean, looked very new and the staff was very engaging. Especially Mr. Hakan Aykac was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfeast was delicious. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Easy to find, well connected with the highway, fast service at the reception. Room was ok, even if a bit too cold (only one light duvet available). However, there were clear instructions on how to ask for additional services to the reception. Parking is free.

Stayed here for a night on the way to Austria. I had a wheel hair accessible room which was spacious, clean and easy to get my chair around. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and well kept and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with many options available both hot and cold and the coffee was also very welcome. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Stayed here overnight on route to Germany .Very impressed how modern it all was, not large rooms but very clean and the bed was so comfortable, the best I have ever slept in, in a hotel. Breakfast was a buffet style which was brilliant, something to suit all tastes , highly recommend.

Everyting was great, the rooms are clean and modern desinged. It would be nice if there was a fridge in the room.

I stayed here for 1 night, while I was visiting Belgium, I love this property, though it falls under the 3 star category. I would like to highlight the service of the staff which is no less than 5 stars. The rooms are clean, with modern interiors and comfortable beds. The lobby is interesting with loungers and board games. A microwave to heat up stuff and a hot water kettle. The breakfast is ample and with good choices of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices, breads, croissants, cakes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, cereal, milk, soy milk, granola muesli. I had an enjoyable experience here.

Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. Off street parking easily accessible. Reception staff friendly and polite. Room and shower clean and well presented. Cannot comment on bar or food as I ate in the Netherlands with friends earlier on. Quiet night and plenty of warm water for a shower again in the morning. Check out easy and quick. All in all " Thank you ".

We ended up here in the middle of the night after our car broke down. The super friendly and accommodating staff made it bearable for us. They pro-actively tried to help us by thinking along- like offering us a family room if we needed to stay an extra night. They also helped us with communicating with the garage and were flexible on the check-out time. Truely a great customer service!

Very basic place to stay in, probably good enough for the price. I liked that they offer free coffee all the day. The only point I didn't like is the missing room service. While covid is the excuse, I still think better solutions exist imo (less regular /adjusting the prices).

The price of a large glass of Stella Artois, from the bar there, increased by 40% from Monday 16th May from 5€ to 7€ on 21st May.
