Fast and easy, click and collect. Easy to arrive with an specific, easy to identify parking spot to call, wait and receive your package. The personnel was friendly and agile. Click and collect from decathlon was a good experience at the nivelles plaza. Order was complete and well packed ensuring protection for the most delicate.

I would give 0 star if it was possible, i bought a new bike and I had problem after the day. And I went back to fix the problem of my bike, I tell them the problems and the person who was fixing the problem he was so agressive to fix the problem, he was not nice the way he spoke to me, they needs to learn how to deal with customer. They need to behave them self, how to speak with customers. So nasty.
