Awful drafty place, drab furniture, awful scenery waited 2 hours for food Completely overpriced.

Service was above standards, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast excellent. We'll done everyone..

The room was very nice, there are English stations on the TV. Tea trays are in the wardrobe but don't last very long. A quick trip to reception soon restocks your tea and milk. There is no evening meal here, and the nearest restaurant is a 20-minute walk away.

Luckily we only stayed here one night. We were on a coach so had no car. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We arrived at the hotel and the restaurant was closed for dinner. Found this strange as they obviously knew we would be arriving. So no dinner was available. The room was clean but there were little things like empty toilet rolls. It was as if they knew we were only there for one night so didn't really care. My advice is, if you are staying here, make sure you eat before you arrive or make sure you have a sandwich or whatever with you. There is a kettle in the room so at least you can have a hot drink.

Based on an industrial estate, restaurant closed early when we stayed, nowhere nearby to get anything to eat. Single staff member on duty was very friendly, but overwhelmed. Breakfast was average.

Stopover on way to and from Austria. Hotel fine, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast usual continental, which is good for me. Location, fine for our 1 night but wouldn't recommend as a 'holiday ' destination. Pleasant terrace to sit outside with a coffee or drink etc Main issue was there was no dining options available on either evening we were there( both Saturdays) .

Very ok, heating was working when it was needed. Good price. International TV.

Bad experience, the food in the breakfast is not good and the senior on the reception is very rude

Room was comfortable, bed comfortable, bed side lights didn't work, and apparently some other rooms bedside lights didn't either. Staff were polite, breakfast was lovely.

The staff were rushed off their feet when 35 of us arrived for overnight stop!!! Breakfast was ok but scrambled egg a bit sloppy. No evening meal or even sandwiches when we arrived as kitchen was closed. Beer, some overpriced 10 euros so we avoided. Felt sorry for the staff, faced with all of us and they were multi-tasking.

Lovely clean hotel breakfast area too small other wise great stay

Good sized bedroom. Clean. Twin room, but only one towel between us. Reception staff happily gave us more. Lovely breakfast, but no evening meal facilities. As hotel is within a commercial estate, it meant either booking a taxi to get to town centre restaurants or ordering food to be delivered. Public areas spacious & clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Would stay there again.

Modern rooms, good service and the location is not too far from Brussels. It's a good Hotel to stay at if you're thinking to rent a car

Friendly staff and good size rooms. It is located just a little bit away from the motorway which was good for us and plenty of parking

No food available on arrival even tho only 7pm. Rooms do not have A.C. therefore far too hot .Mosquito's around so couldn't leave windows open . All in all not good no where near a Restaurant 15 mins walk to nearest one

Very friendly staff, but the rooms are really sober, and not all the power outlets were working. Okayish if you need nothing more than a bed and a shower on a business trip (didn't have a drink or breakfast, can't tell about that)

A very pleasant place but it's location is somewhat of a surprise when approaching it, although not unusual on the continent. The only downside is that the dining area is hard pushed if the hotel is full.

Basic room, clean & tidy. Aircon worked well, which was welcome on a warm night. Breakfast was nice, coffee was very good. Staff very friendly.

Great breakfasts from 6.30 to 10.20. Rooms comfortable nice bar and seating area. WiFi in all areas. Definitely need transport to get around.
