The room is okay, but all doors are very loud, also the kitchen of the restaurant is very loud until late (after 11pm) in the evening. The hotel is directly besides a train station and rails. You can hear every train rushing or stopping, even when the windows are closed.

Definitely recommend this hotel, the room was very nice and modern, with an incredibly comfortable bed and the food at restaurant was more than excellent. Very nice service…will come back again.

Everything was perfect, the room, the bar, the restaurant!

Disastrous accommodation. Pounding bass coming from downstairs. Can hear every word coming from what I guess must be the kitchen. Banging, crashing. Then there's the trains zooming past (but at least they are infrequent.) Almost fundamentally unsuitable as a hotel.

Avoid. During my stay, the internet didn't work and they blamed me for breaking it. My door rattled constantly with movements in the restaurant downstairs. I wanted to leave early but they said they couldn't give me a refund -- only charge me for my stay! Look, it's a nice room but the place is run on the cheap. If you need help you have to ask the waiters in the restaurant. And they can't help. You can take a chance like me (wish I didn't!) or find a proper hotel.

Hotel Groenendaal is a small family run hotel next to the Brussels forrest. This location is excellent for nature-runners like myself!! Staff proved to want to meet your needs always. Will surely end up there again during my next stop for Brussels!

Great food and very good service. Indoor and outdoor play areas for the kids so really family friendly in a nice setting. Easy parking across the road in the grounds of the train station.

No customer service. No night support. I have stept in my car and I am still waiting for an invoice for this prepaid night. Weeks without a response.
