I came with lots of good expectations after seeing so many good reviews. The first time was nice. They seemed to take care of me, and then the doctor asked me 20k sar for braces. Now, he didn't explain why, but I did my research and found that the highest price I got from the other dentists was 5.3k sar. Anyway, we scheduled a new appointment and I requested them to send me my case, so we could study it together. That never happened. I visited 5 times, and each time, I would ask to have my case studied and written down for me to see, but no one cared to. Imagine going to the dentist without knowing what's going to happen to you! And picture this, not even they knew! One of the doctors booked an appointment for me with his colleague.. and when I came to the clinic, he said he didn't know why I was there! I was visited by 3 different doctors who specialise in different areas, and they never discussed my case between them at all. I ended up doing cleaning and a filling when I wanted to have my braces. Overall, assistants and doctors were nicely mannered for sure, but there was no intention in following my case, explain it to me or even validate why such high cost for braces. I wish them the best

This dental clinic is a scam. They will make you pay outrageous charges and for services that have never been done. I don’t recommend this clinic. Stay away from thieves

I have been a patient in this clinic for the past 15 years. You always feel safe in their hands. I've been doing my cleaning with Joyce, and she has such amazing hands and talent. Also, I removed my wisdom tooth with Dr. Kamal and I did not feel a thing. Always recommend visiting this clinic.

I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the waiting time was excruciatingly long. When I finally saw the dentist, he seemed rushed and disinterested. The procedure itself was painful, and I felt like they didn't care about my comfort. I left with more discomfort than when I arrived, and I won't be returning. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had an appointment with a DOCTOR for teeth whitening. Unfortunately this was not done by the doctor but by the doctors assistant / nurse because the doctor arrived late. The assistant/nurse was very pleasant. When he arrived he told the assistant/nurse to continue. The procedure was definitely not carried out properly as there was not much of a difference to my teeth. I didnt even feel much sensitivity to my teeth during and nothing after the procedure. Furthermore my husband also had an appointment at the same time with another doctor and his teeth was amazing. Please ensure when booking your appointments that its done by a doctor and not an assistant as you are paying for a service to be done by a doctor. The receptionist was very welcoming and everything else was all good.

Dr. Reda is one of the best doctor in riyadh. It is very difficult to find the doctor like him. Dr. Reda has magic on his hand because he saved my tooth from a root canal where others doctor recommended me to go for root canal process. He deserved more than 5 stars.

This clinic has an uneducated woman responsible for hiring dentists with legitimate degrees while she has minimum education, a racist attitude and extreme unprofessionalism to match her dull remarks. She needs to be fired. Other than that, the clinic is peak mediocre.

My appointment was with Dr Reda who was really thoughtful and nice. I felt zero pain during the procedure even after. I had a great experience and I really recommend him especially if you have low pain threshold like me.

I came for treatment with terrible pain in my tooth. And they said no doctor available come tomorrow. No one entertain because I had insurance card. I beg to check someone and give me some painkiller at least. They said no one can give come tomorrow. I give 0 Star to the clinic. This is a dental clinic with no dental doctor.

I had two pleasant experiences at this clinic First was with Dr. Reda when he did my tooth recap which was not done correctly at a different clinic. Dr. Reda is very honest and profesional, he will not do a procedure that the patient does not need (like what some other dentist do) to earn money. He gives genuine and honest advice. I was very happy with the recap he did. Second experience was with Dr. Ali Al-Qahtani last week, for the first time ever i was very happy and satisfied with the perfect cleaning job done for me, he is very professional and dedicative.
