This reflects my experience with this clinic. I did not have a good experience with this clinic. I have seen an advertisement about their services in an airline magazine, the advertisement was in English, clearly targeted to foreigners for getting treatment in Romania. I went on their website to check them out and a pop-up notification showed up that I can get a free consultation. I added my email account and waited to be contacted, that has not happened. Similarly when I went a second time. I had already started to be suspicious, as deceiving your to be customers is not a good sign. Anyway, I thought it is worth ringing them to have a conversation if they can help me. The second surprised came when I was told I have to come in for a consultation; I live 2000 km away, so that is hardly feasible. Again, per their advertisement, how can they offer such services to foreigners/those living outside RO if you are not even able to first have a conversation by phone? Nonetheless, I was told to send in all images I have and they will get back to me. Nobody did. When I have contacted them again, I was told a Dr would offer information virtually, but I need to make a physical appointment, therefore no consultation can be offered. This, of course, is devoid of any logic. Bottom line, it was a waste of my time. PS although they never got back to me about that “free consultation”, they happily collected my email without consent and started spamming me, just in case you thought I introduced my email wrong 2x.

Very professional Clinic with experience staff. The reception is very nice and helpful, always there for you. I’ve had multiple treatments, decay’s, root canal and 2 wisdom tooth extraction with 3 different doctors, each specialised in his domain, didn’t felt any pain and a professional work at doctor Jona, doctor Ahmed and doctor Adrian. 100% best clinic.

Me and my partner,have no words to express our gratitude to House of Beauty Clinic team. Absolutely stunning and fantastic service like you would expect from a team of professionals.I have seen their amazing work on Instagram,got in contact with them,and because we live in UK we made the appointment for the consultation. We went in,Dr Jona consulted us and the he explained us what needs to be done to achieve the results we wanted. Treatment plan was made very efficient which easily complied with our time frame to,travel to Bucharest. After few visits,we have finally achieved the result we were craving for. Now we can happily smile and enjoy our teeth which they are 100% perfectly functionally and esthetically. Highly positive feedback, towards them,and we definitely recommend. 🙏
