Worst
possible
experience
with
the
ER,
11
hours
of
waiting
and
absolutely
nothing
was
done.
Took
my
19
month
old
in
to
recieve
fluids
for
low
glucose
and
dehydration.
Wait
in
the
waiting
room
for
over
4
hours.
After
complaining,
we
leave
and
get
a
call
that
a
room
was
being
cleaned
for
her.
We
made
the
wrong
decision
to
decide
to
go
back.
Get
a
room,
and
STILL
wait
hours
for
someone
to
even
acknowledge
we
were
there.
My
daughter
couldn't
even
stay
awake,
and
she
never
even
received
the
fluids
that
we
went
there
for.
After
being
asked
if
I
wanted
her
admitted
or
transferred,
of
course
I
requested
a
transfer
and
was
told
she
was
'going
to
make
a
few
calls.'
After
waiting
over
TWO
hours
again
in
the
room,
another
nurse
comes
back
in
with
DISCHARGE
PAPERS
saying
they're
discharging
my
daughter
without
even
properly
giving
her
the
treatment
she
needed.
This
ER
is
a
complete
joke,
and
has
absolutely
no
idea
when
it
comes
to
pediatrics.
Absolutely
no
reason
for
someone
to
wait
in
a
hospital
for
11
hours,
barley
get
acknowledged,
and
discharge
a
child
while
they're
dehydrated.
From
personal
experience,
drive
the
extra
hour
if
you
can,
if
you
can
wait
hours
on
end
to
barley
be
seen
and
not
even
get
the
proper
treatment.
THE
ABSOLUTE
WORST
MEDICAL
CARE,
ESPECIALLY
WHEN
DEALING
WITH
A
CHILD.
(The
exception
of
2
nurses
that
seemed
like
they
cared)
I
would
like
to
thank
the
Janitor,
for
being
the
only
person
to
come
in
the
room
and
ask
my
daughter
if
she
would
like
a
blanket.
At
least
someone
showed
some
compassion.
