We didn't stay at the inn, but we ate at the restaurant with friends and it was a wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the staff was outstanding and they have an amazing view of the ocean. I highly recommend this place and we hope to return soon!

Stayed at Splash Inn with a group of friends for a dive trip. Eliazar helped me book and was super accommodating helping me lineup an airport transfer and set up a night dive before I arrived.
The Dive Shop crew is the best on the island. My friends completed their advanced there and Tania helped to make it a stress free experience while sharing her knowledge with everyone involved. also had a few extra dives with her and another dive master who's name was Santiago. Both of them are excellent at communicating and ensuring everyone has a safe, fun dive. Chris was running the front counter and saved my butt when my fins broke - he lent me his!
The restaurant crew is a blast as well. They make sure you're looked after and never hesitate to help with recommendations of stuff to do on the island. This is the only place I'll be staying at when I visit Roatan!

Beds were a little hard, and pillows too flat. Other than that, what a great place! Service and staff were amazing and friendly! Not sure if it was upper management, or the owners, but the woman with blond hair was so fun and sweet! Really loved the people here. The staff made the stay absolutely fantastic! Location was smack in the middle of everything and right across the street was the ocean and a great dock. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

These guys were incredible. We dove with them for a week. They had great teachers and amazing diving all right from in front of the resort. Would highly recommend staying here is you want to learn or already love diving. Food was also good from the restaurant.

I stayed at the Splash Inn for a week during July 2022. I'm a budget traveler that has no problem splurging on various occasions. When I'm not with the family and diving, I want clean, friendly, simple, and in a good location. That is exactly what was delivered. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and the bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning perfect, and I had cable TV for the little time I wanted something on. Breakfast was solid. I spent my days doing 2-3 dives at the dive shop that's connected (great dive shop). The best thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, attentive, and accommodating. I'm bringing my family to stay here again next summer. It's in a great spot for both divers and non-divers.

The room was surprisingly super basic. Small, shower area needed cleaning. There wasn't a chain or 2nd bolt to lock the door. The main staff were all amazing! They had good music! They had a breakfast buffet but they uncovered the chaffing dishes - the flies in Roatan are notorious! It was a nice selection but I lost my appetite after seeing the flies on the food. The very first thing on the advertisement is a beautiful pool - this pool is not at the hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk to a condo area. There was only a few people when we went so the private time was nice. The feel of the pool wonderful but it needed cleaning it was full of bugs (dead bees, dragonflies and leaves). It located right in the middle of Everything, so we were able to walk to the restaurants and stores in the area and the beach. It's a 5 for location and staff.
This hotel is the sister of another hotel that we had booked (West Bay Colonial) - same owners. I booked 1 night by mistake (there was an emergency) and I needed a hotel late at night, so ended up doing 2 nights at Splash Inn - I tried to explain the situation and that I am staying 2 nights here, instead of 1 here and 1 there. The manager said no. They won't give you a refund. The hotel service that I used tried for 3 days but they wouldn't budge. So I paid for a room I never even visited. I don't dive so I can't comment, they have a dive shop right next door and a dock in the back that seems to be the attraction. We enjoyed the area, the music and the staff was great, we chatted, danced and gave me sympathetic looks when the manager was telling me the bad news about the other place. Thanks guys!! Keep your wonderful spirit up!

Great service, great location. I think I was unlucky with the room. I had more mosquitos inside the room than out. A large salamander and I battled them for my whole stay. I spoke to other guests and they didn't have the same problem. The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. I will stay again but I will make sure I don't get room 10.

Great for the price!
Great people, great food, great stay! From our time of first contact online Marvin was supportive and responsive. When we arrived we had a lot of luggage and the staff was quick to grab it and bring it to our room as we were offered a delicious ginger fruity welcome drink. Wow. Our room was basic, but clean and had everything we could need. The location is center Al and on the main road—walkable to all of the West End. As we went to head out into town they offered to refill our reusable water bottles. Filipe was so kind and positive every single morning at the delicious breakfast buffet. The breakfast pizza is my new favorite thing and the daily fresh banana bread was beyond. They also offered daily sausage, pancakes, and French toast, fruit, and so much more! We decided to pay for dinner one night and it was AMAZING! We had the best waiter (Sterling) who was fun and fantastic! And the view was just beautiful overlooking the water and sunsets!!!! We heard wonderful things about their dive shop too!!!

The Splash Inn is very good hotel and very well run. And you don't have to be a diver to stay there. All of the staff are well trained and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the A/C works well, and the beds are comfortable. The included breakfast buffet is pretty good, too. Drinking water in the rooms would have been a nice touch but they will fill any container for you for free if you ask someone behind the counter. I highly recommend this hotel for any travelers to the West End. By the way, I did not use their dive shop so I can't comment on it.
