La Placita Inn is a great family friendly place to stay. I Cannot say enough about their hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is right at the beach and the restaurants in La Placita have awesome food. Their breakfast is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend La Placita Inn. My family and I traveled to Roatan for the first time and we were not sure that if by not booking an all inclusive package with the other hotels was the right choice, but La Placita exceeded our expectations. Kristine and staff are the best. We received an outstanding service since the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and you can also walk to a food court located next to the hotel. Our room did not have hot water but not a deal breaker.

This place is a true treasure. The services are beyond phenomenal. The rooms are up to date...there's security on site, a safe, super clean room and it smells great. Most Restaurants are all attached to the facility and the beach is a 20 second walk away. This is the only hotel that I will return to, ever. The staff, Security, front desk, restaurant and even the gardener are a pleasure. This is the very best vacation spot in Roatan.

My family and I were finally able to take vacation despite everything going on with COVID-19. We were super nervous about traveling at first but decided we definitely needed a vacation. We found La Placita Inn online and thought it was super cute, however when we got there in person it was more than what we expected. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. We constantly saw staff cleaning and sanitizing. We felt very welcomed by everyone, especially all the wonderful front staff members Christine, Connie, Triza, those ladies were amazing. They advised us on activities, helped with laundry, restaurants, transportation...etc. We couldn't have asked for more. They made my family feel super safe, and loved. We saw reviews online about Karaoke and being super loud, and lasted all night, that's not true. We had a great time at dinner and enjoyed the Karaoke and they ended right at 10 o'clock sharp, the rest of the night was super peaceful, no loud noise. The beach was only a walk around the corner from the hotel. The staff provided beach towels and even gave our kids floats to use. We will definitely be staying here again for years to come. Our family was very blessed to have a wonderful staff help us with our stay. Thank you!

I stayed at La Placita Inn for the Labor Day weekend 2023. This hotel DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It will obviously be a smaller hotel than the all-inclusive resorts down the road, but this was amazing for solo travelers like myself and others who want a relaxing stay. There was on-site police in the market area and the hotel was less than 100 feet from the beach where all of the ocean activities are. There is live music on the weekends, but quiet hours start at 10pm. The beach is absolutely stunning and also offer great rates. Overall, this was the best solo adventure I’ve had thanks in part to staying at La Placita Inn. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends and will return to them every single time.

Nothing special just a regular hotel with about 8 rooms. Hot water is none existent in the shower! Hotel restaurant is terrible, breakfast was tasteless and burnt on top of that a huge water bug ran across our table while eating! Went 1 morning never went back I can see why breakfast is included!

Such a wonderful stay!! Very nice and accommodating staff. Great breakfast included with room rate! Hot water showers (muy importante). Water jugs for guests = big saver! Air conditioning. We’ll be back!! Muchas gracias por todo!!

Great stay, beds were very comfy, my only complain was that i really didn’t understand the ceiling fan lol, but the rest was well and good.

A very lovely boutique hotel. Everyone was very helpful and they have a great breakfast. Access to a nice pool.

Stayed 3 nights in February 2021. La Placita is such a great hotel to stay. Their breakfasts are amazing, the cleanliness and openness is mesmerizing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great sense of hospitality. Connie is such a sweet girl! I will 100% return to La Placita since it’s super affordable and great! My husband and I Loved it!!!

Excellent location. Clean, good sized rooms. Freindly, helpful staff. Easy walk to the beach and some great bars. The shopping mall out front was great for a late evening snack or beers. Can't wait to go again.

Excellent hotel near the beach! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and complementary breakfast at the hotel cafe is delicious! Amazing value for the price!!

It's right by the beach and there are many restaurants around to choose from. Everyone is friendly and attentive. I loved the live music they had on Thursday night. Be aware that this is an island, so everything closes fairly early
