Extremely unprofessional business. Instead of spending money on good resources like fast Wi-Fi, training staff, and being kind to guests, they lie about customer requests saying the customer"demanded" something that no one in their right mind staying on a 3rd floor walk-up would "demand" for a single night's stay. They are leaching off of the AirBnB system, instead of paying for proper advertising. They limit the internet speed for each guest and proposition you, saying, "Internet connection, just like any other utilities on the island is very expensive. We only have 10mbits to share among all the rooms. Wifi is usually capped at 1 mbits/sec to be fairly shared among all the guests. 1mbits is usually enough to stream adaptive videos. I would be glad to up it up to 3 mbits if you are planning to stay longer with us. "Pasq" They are extremely unprofessional and instead of apologizing they rationalize. Very sad that "P" doesn't seem to understand that a customer asking if they have any ethernet connection is NOT a demand, but a question. The owner might understand that if he/she took the time to talk with their staff. The bathroom reeked of mildew and I politely informed "P" that he should probably inspect the cleaning, and let him know the signal for the WiFi was causing all video to buffer or not load. Instead of listening to the kindly meant suggestions and putting himself on listen setting, he spewed out a nasty message on AirBnB. I feel a lot of compassion for business owners in the islands, I'm certain a lot of supply chain issues make it difficult, but I have no compassion for someone who overreacts when you help them by identifying issues that may make customers leave, or reconsider staying at all. I had mixed feelings after my stay, but the location is great A-, and I would give them a B overall on cleanliness. Wi-Fi is a clear F. Professional behavior by the owner who may not have understood my concerns or what the staff informef him/her of prior to the owner flying off the handle "FFF-" So very sad.

Great place, very friendly staff, internet a little slow, very clean room

Not bad for the price, but know what you are booking before confirming. A low budget place, with clean facilities, comfortable beds, and bare bones essentials. Ten minute walk to West End, right above a great gym, and the gas station across the street has the best coffee on the island.

Located a bit outside the urban area, road is not pedestrian friendly. Great customer service, rooms are super clean, recently painted, wood is well kept, beds are comfortable, AND they have clean tap water! That is very important to check on accomodations in Roatán. They can also book activities for you or direct you to some providers.

Clean, rooms equipped with all necessary items. They take a little while to pick up the phone at front desk but they are really polite and charming.

The Chinese restaurant at the bottom was simply delicious.

We had an awesome stay here april 2018. The hotel was clean and cozy. A little confusing as it isnt the entire building just the top floor. But either way it was nice. Walking distance to great food on west end and the beach. The hotel went out of their way to be accommodating. Our flight was cancelled that day because they could not land the plane due to weather in roatan. The hotel was kind enough to push our check in date to the next day and also push our check out date for one more day without extra charges. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only con was the construction noise super early that week but other than that awesome!

This place it's perfect for budget travelers. Hotel its very clean and room are big enough for party of 3/4. Staff was very friendly and always helpful with any question I had for her. Like a lot of people said on other comments the hotel its next to the SUN gas station and apparently in the island place to hang lol. If you want gas you get it, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks you get it there, grocery or medication, ATM here you even have a coffee shop, pizzeria and a island version of subway sub, everything in one roof lol. Back to the hotel please be aware if you have a wheelchair or knee issues this is not your place, rooms are on the top floor and there is not elevator. Something else I wanna to mention because people in other comments made it seen like hotel its right by downtown west end but is not. Its close by, walking about 8-9 min but its not right in the center of everything so every time you wanna hang, eat, drink or beach you have to go all the way there or a road without sidewalk a little bit dangerous since cars pass by fast and then walk back. Overall great hotel if you don't want spend much money and just leave your bags and come back at night.

This hotel is super cute. Love the under the sea theme. We stayed for one night and basically just needed a place to sleep before catching the ferry to utila the next morning and it was perfectly suitable. Close walk to west end. the hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. They helped us call a cab to the ferry (at our expense) the next morning and let us stow our bags til it was time to leave.

Super friendly staff. My travel plans have changed due to illness and the hotel was kind enough to accommodate this at no extra cost. Thank you very, very much. There is such a thing as karma and this kind gesture to me will hopefully make you even more lucky in your life. thank you with love

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The staff was pleasant enough but everything else was terrible here. We booked a stay for 8 nights. After arriving we learned that the hotel is on the third floor of a building, with no option but to climb the stairs. My sister has a heart condition which means that she cannot exert herself that much and after checking in we decided for her safety we would leave the next day. We entered the room, which was very small and smelled absolutely terrible. Every time we flushed the toilet the smell of raw sewage filled the room and when the cleaners cleaned it there was just a strong smell of bleach on top of the sewage smell. There were stains on the pillows. We were barely able to sleep because there is a lot of traffic nearby and it is close to a gas station where a lot of rowdy men like to gather. The walls are paper thin which didn’t help at all. At night I got up to go to the bathroom and noticed quite a few cockroaches as well. We finally found a much better hotel for around the same price and enjoyed the rest of our stay there. However, we had booked this place for 8 nights so we hoped to get a refund. After contacting our card company (booked through them), they understood and did everything they could to help us obtain a refund for all the nights we didn’t spend there, but the hotel ultimately refused. All we can do is warn others about this place.
