  Moved in 1 Jan 22. Liking area still. Nice beach but could use a little work to reduce the muck from the beach entry. From the dock isn't to bad and a new ladder is installed and seems to work a lot better. The other residents here so far have been friendly always exceptions but good so far. HOA might be coming through. Low fees are nice change from other places.
