Enjoyable small plaza. Very nice grocery store that is clean with a wide variety of products and helpful staff. Very large second floor tourist gift shop. Nice second floor Chinese restaurant with huge portions. The small coffee shop has a great view overlooking the Coxen Hole cruise port - IMO they serve the best cuppachino.

Very little here of interest. Possible signs of refurbishment, but otherwise pretty dead. The first floor houses the immigration office for visas etc.

Big grocery store, not as well stocked as once was, prices not marked well, High priced things not marked, you find out at the register. I still shop there once in a while, juts to see if anything new.

This was supposed to be a glass bottom boat visit to the reef. They waste the first hour driving you up into the hills to this tourist-trap trinket shop where you can get panhandled by kids who should be in school. The other choice is to wait in the bus.

Friendly little place to pick up groceries. There are shops with souvenir upstairs. The prices are about average for most of the island. Great stop on the way to the beach to pick up anything you might have missed.

The grocery store at Plaza Mar is usually very well stocked with a large variety of products. They cater more to the local market so many of the products are from Honduras and Central America. Certainly a decent selection of USA products as well. Great prices on beer, wine and spirits. I think about the best on the island. And they have a good bakery on site.

Nice shopping mall with several stores, a bank, and the immigration office. Nice parking lot. Restaurants as well. Dental office also. Renovation is going on, so eventually there will be more or something new.

👍 Various stores are available here. Nothing inspired us at the time. But I walked around the area to see what was available. There is an emergency service hospital here. Many clothing stores and a moped /motorcycle store and what looked like a general store... reminded us of a Walgreens type store. D...

😐 A bit over priced compared to other places on the island. If you're American beware that the taxis will try to charge you double or triple what they normally would from there. Shops are small and geared toward the tourists. They have a good variety of things there for the convenience of the local to...

👍👍 We had the hamburgers and it was good. The chipotle sauce is really nice. The chocolate factory has this oatmeal chocolate bar is amazing. It’s very touristy, caters to the cruise ships but we stopped here before catching a ferry to Utila.

😐 I go get my teeth cleaned with Dr. Venessa every time I come to Roatan. She does a great job for super cheap! Beware she is a rough dentist. I had gum sensitivity every time; last time it was 2 weeks but I am 64 yrs. young.
