We went with my family and had a wonderful culinary experiencie. The Thai tea is amazing, the soups, Tum Yum & Tom Kha coconut milk. The fried rice is beyond delicious. Great service. Friendly staff. We had the place to ourselves and got our food like in 15-20 minutes. It was a Sunday at 4:20 pm. We loved the place and plan on going back. This time for the crispy duck! I almost forgot to mention the Thai chicken waaangs! Do it. Order them. You won't regret it. Plus you get a nice view.

Definitely one of the very best restaurants on the island. For a vegan traveling, it's difficult to find good tasting food that goes beyond a "salad". Blue Elephant never ever disappoints! The flavors they create are amazing.

Delicious and healthy meal!! Fresh veggies, well done rice, and great sauces. Ocean view from the second floor. Great service as well. Highly recommend the Pad King (ginger) and the Panang Curry. One last thought: I’d skip the sangria next time unfortunately. It was $10 and came in a normal glass loaded with ice, so not worth the $10 in my opinion.

Good meal and service. Nicely decorated, beautifully open building. We had the Tom Yum soup and Massaman curry with veg and cashews. My husband doesn’t usually like Thai, but even he liked it. We might be back, since this is the best meal we have had in Roatan on this trip.

My fav restaurant in West End. Tasty flavors, good atmosphere, good service, varied asian menu. Love the Pad thai and the Coconut shrimp(A MUST try)!!! If you visit west end you HAVE to come to the Blue Elephant. Range is moderate to high but it's definitely worth it. Also, try to come during sunset, the view is amazing😍

Tried the pad thai and fried tofu starter. The pad thai was delicious and probably the best one I’ve tried! The tofu, unfortunately, was not great. It was supposed to be fried, which it was not and it was not flavorful at all. The sauce was good but did not make up for the plain tofu. My sister tried the Panang Curry with vegetables and mushrooms and said it was delicious!

This was our best dinner of our of seven nights we had on Roatan. Family of six and everything was good. Spring rolls and egg rolls were great. Pad Thai and one of the curry dishes were amazing. The chicken and rice wasn't as good comparatively, but my younger two kids gobbled it up.

My wife and I had a great dining experience at Thai Blue Elephant. The fried rice portion is HUGE and could probably feed two people (I am a large person ... a.k.a. "biggun" and finished off a portion on my own, but walked out very full). Victor and Oscar were amazing staff. The kitchen is well run and clean as a whistle, the dining area is on the water, so if you are in the mood then I highly recommend Thai Blue Elephant.

The shrimp panang Curry was as good as I've had outside Thailand, lovely ocean view. Don't overlook this restaurant
