Perfect trip. Everything was amazing. The staff are great. Beautiful views, great rooms and the food was incredible. Animation team was just exceptional. The pool was clean and warm. Transportation to and from the airport was seamless. Snorkeling right off the beach was a lot of fun. 😊 Trevor McMillan

Amazing resort. It is in a spectacular location. In the middle of nowhere. Nice and quiet. The staff are all fantastic. Great food. Some of the best snorkeling I have ever done. If you want a quiet peaceful vacation this is the place to go. Dive shop and doctor right on site.

This is a smaller resort and not a mega resort. There won’t be multiple restaurants and pools, however, the staff is awesome and because it is a smaller resort it’s more personable! The cabanas are great and spacious and having a deck with a hammock table and chairs gives you a private area to relax! Great snorkelling right from the beach and fun activities put on by their animation team.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Media Luna (family of 4, 2 girls 10 & 14). We understood that it would not be a 5 star resort and they exceeded our expectations. There is only one restaurant and a snack bar... plenty of options to choose from. Beach was small but there were several of them and all quite calm and lovely. My youngest daughter did a scuba diving experience and they (Julie) were phenomenal! That being said ALL the staff were very helpful and welcoming at the resort. The rooms are all your own cabana. Good size and very large deck with a hammock, table and chairs. Shower was hot but the floor got really wet... nothing a towel on the floor couldn't deal with! Overall a we had a great family getaway for the price we paid. Thank you! We did one excursion to the Sloth and Monkey rescue place - excellent experience!

The resort is beautiful, the food is good, they are generous in their alcohol ... The resort is clean, and big, and relaxing. My only comment is that it's isolated. So if you want to relax, this is your resort. But if you want to do excursions and explore I wouldn't recommend. The excursion price are expensive! We took a taxi, who was way more reasonable

We had a great 10 day vacation here. It was clean, food was good, service was good, location is really nice. Scuba Dive shop on site is very convenient if you're into that. It's a little off the beaten path so excursions can be a bit involved. We spent our days scuba diving so we basically stayed on the resort. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

Phenomenal resort to relax and enjoy amazing snorkeling right off the beach and resort docks! The staff here are very friendly and love to interact with everyone! I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a tropical getaway, loves rum, and loves the ocean!

We just got back last night from a week long stay at Media Luna and it was fantastic. It is not a party resort so if that’s what you’re looking for then don’t stay here. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere, a wonderful beach, an amazing dive shop & the nicest people you will ever meet then this is the place for you. The animation staff were phenomenal and make sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. I want to give a special shout out to Mansana (I know I didn’t spell that right) for being so unbelievably awesome. The bar closes at 11pm, but it’s a half hour ride to the west end to party if you choose. We spotted a nice size barracuda off the dive dock as well as numerous rays and millions of fish. We hired a private guide from Hyde tours named Garlon and he took us to the most amazing sites. We did book a HillSaver room which we won’t do again because the cabanas are beautiful. The HillSaver rooms are not very spacious but the beds are very comfortable so we decided to stay. You do have an opportunity to upgrade to a cabana when you arrive, and the staff at the front desk were amazing. I HIGHLY suggest doing the Pigeon Cay snorkelling excursion which you will book through Catherine at the resort. She is beyond amazing and was the best part of our trip. The glass bottom boat was just okay but good for those who don’t dive or snorkel. Now the food....I have read about 400 reviews about people bashing this place and I still have no idea why. The food here is fantastic & the Reserved restaurant (which is very reasonably priced) has had the best filet mignon I have ever eaten. Every meal we had was perfect and there was a lot of selection. Before we even left we had already started planning our next trip here. I have never met so many amazing people on vacation or made so many wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning.

Room. Well designed to fit location. Beds were hard. Shower is cold salt water. Food. Buffet. Lots of food but ok quality. Nothing fancy but fresh. It is NOT 4 star food just cafeteria food in a pretty location. Beach small but nice. No treatment for bugs so the sand fleas are out of control. Staff present but not really attentive.
