The experience would have been 4 stars but since I paid for pictures I have yet to receive I am rating this a one star. I paid $65 US dollars for pics I have not received, I emailed the email address they provided and it bounced back. There is no way to reach them. I submitted a request to be contacted and still haven't received a call or email.

Ok. So we got there late but when we got to the submerged units someone had used the one that I was going to use just before me. The weird thing is they didn’t bring it up for air to clear out the other persons nasty breath or hot air that they put into the bubble and I got in that thing immediately started sweating and got out within 15 sec. Nice crew. Did some snorkeling did not last the full 3 hours in fact we weee back within 90 min.

I can't begin to describe what a fun time was had by my family. We chose to do this because we had various levels of water/snorkel experience participating in the excursion. We began with a short bus trip across the island. Warning to those coming in on a cruise who suffer from car sickness, do not sit in the back of the bus! The roads wind around and it is very hilly on the island. We got to the shop and were immediately shown to the boat. We quickly launched and did not have to go far off shore to experience the incredible reef scenery. Everyone gets about a half hour on the BOSS and then the rest of the time can be spent on the boat or snorkeling. The underwater views were incredible. In addition to a fabulous underwater environment, I can't begin to express how impressed I was by the skipper and staff. There were 5 dive masters in the water overseeing both the BOSS participants and the snorkelers. From a safety standpoint, you couldn't ask for more. Nevada took great photos of everyone. FYI on anyone interested in the photo package, you have to pay up front and won't see your pictures for a couple of days which is weird in today's day and age. The photos were delivered as promised and were much better than I expected. Because of the excellent service of the Ocean Connection team, my family wants to go back to the island and spend a week there. We will definitely see the Ocean Connections Team when we go back

We did this excursion & it by far was one of the greatest things that I or my wife have ever done! The dive staff make your safety priority #1. I highly recommend this adventure!

Definitely one of the best dive shops on the island, Adam and his crew are amazing, very friendly and helpful. I can't even begin to describe why this place and the people are amazing, lets just say they bent over backwards to get our night dives in when other places had to have a specific amount of people to go out, Never once did they just shorten the dives by swimming us around furiously, very laid back diving thats for sure. Adam knows some pretty sweet dive locations, a lot of swim throughs and knows where to look for some awesome ocean life, not to mention makes some pretty mean lionfish ceviche. Crew was amazing, very helpful and friendly and always up for joking and messing around, not to serious but gets the job done when it needs to be. Definitely one of the best diving experiences I have ever had. Thanks Guy's.

We went on the underwater scooters in September. It was wonderful. I almost chickened out, but it was easy and loads of fun.

Amazing experience!! My boyfriend and I booked the B.O.S.S. underwater adventure through our cruise, but these guys exceeded our expectations! They had fresh fruit and water for us on the boat, and snorkeling equipment for everyone to use while we weren't using the scooters! The scooters themselves were a super fun experience, easy to use, you can see so much! The reef is absolutely beautiful, even just looking over the side of the boat. The people were amazing, helpful, and friendly. I already want to go back! Note: bring reef safe sunscreen, it's a thing!

We did the water scooters for my husbands 40th birthday today I had aajor panick attack but the crew helped me threw it and I enjoyed it very good very knowledgeable diver thank you so much for helping me and making me feel safe to the tour guide who stayed right with me thank you so much helped me feel more safe .

This was our first cruise, and the first excursion on the cruise. We booked through Carnival beforehand and were really excited about the underwater scooters. All the staff were great and answered any and all questions we had about the island on the 30 minute or so bus ride from the port. The ride from the port was interesting as you got to see the "real" island and how the people lived. It rained pretty hard for about 20 minutes once we got in port and as we were making our way to the buses, but that was the only negative thing about the whole trip. It helped cool off the temps a little though! Once we got to the dock and boarded the ship, the staff thoroughly explained what to expect and gave us instruction on using the scooters. There were about 30 people on the excursion, so we were broken up into groups of 10 or so. Once you get out on the water, you can snorkel while waiting your turn on the scooters. Snorkeling was great, as it was my kids' first experience with it. We saw a lot of different coral, fish and sea animals. Once it was our turn with the scooters, I was a little nervous about my wife because she's fairly claustrophobic. I have to admit, I used to be certified in scuba and went on numerous dives, but I was even a little claustrophobic at first since the helmet is attached to the scooter and comes down over your shoulders sort of restricting movement. We both shook it off as we got started though. The scooters were awesome! My family and I all had a blast - they were easy to use, once you got used to the controls and how the scooters reacted to them. The only downside is your thumb gets tired continually pushing the button to go. Again, the underwater guides were great as they pointed out interesting things to see. We got about 45m - 1 hr of scooter time and really loved it. Definitely worth the money and would love to do it again!

On September 21, 2022...my wife and i went on the BOSS Adventure, we paid $60.00 for pictures while we were underwater. As of today we have not received our underwater pics. We received pictures of other people, none of my wife and me. It appears to us that we were scammed. If this is the type of business that Carnival Cruise allows to be conducted, then is not worth going on their cruises.

It’s was fun, too many people at once they need to focus on quality of profits.

We weren’t expecting to snorkel, but as we had three different groups of underwater scooter riders—we had about 45 minutes to snorkel. This was fabulous!!! We weren’t forced to be next to a total stranger or in the grow up. As long as we stayed within the vicinity/their parameters, we could explore on our own. Everyone was professional and organized. The underwater scooter was cool to do. It’s probably more comfortable for people not too big or not too small, but it seemed to work for everyone in our group—all sizes and ages. Brad and his team will do whatever it takes to get fish and sea critters in your shots. Amazing professional photography. These scooters are something no one else is doing. Be the first of your friends to try out!

This place was great. Two things. I wish the bikes went faster and I wish they would identify couples under water. We got with our group for photos, but I was nowhere near my wife. Other than that, such a great adventure! Worth your time.

The pictures are very cool, but the water was rough that day and the pressurized helmet made me and my sons so sick. I got so nauseous and I have never been sea sick. Myself and my 2 sons felt so sick when we got back on the boat. We finally all upchucked our breakfast. Over half of the boat got sick. It might have been better on a calmer day. Cool experience, but I would not do it again.

This was just an excellent experience. We were able to experience Something we never dreamed possible. The crew was great and the experience is one I will remember the rest of my life. I am 76 and never expected to experience something like this! I only wish they would have had bottled water for a refreshment. Try it, you wil love it! 10 stars!
