A very nice and very small airport with friendly people, the only problem is it´s under staff. There is not enough space to function as normal specially on saturdays, it´s like a zoo to get to passport control and security, any regular visitors to the island just know how ugly that can be. No Wifi or luxuries at the airport but there is a fantastic sandwich shop once you clear customs. The waiting area is small and over crowd.

Decent airport. The check in process was not too long. Bathrooms are okay. Duty free section was closed.

First time in this airport. I like it, good Inmigration staff, taxi easy but need to use a taxi company. Small but nice, clean good health protocols. Hotels are close to airport.

As the 10th busiest airport in Central America I am surprised by the extreme lack in customer service & off putting behavior of staff. Staff members going through family members phones, argumentative front desk workers, crude gate workers. In addition a pharmaceutical staff refused to wait on me and stated I would have to go to the other side of security if I wanted to buy anything, when asked why staff stated “because I don’t want to”, It is an Ill reflection of the whole country and make me have a poor feeling of the entire country as the airport is your first & final impression and entry point & exit into the country. I never again will put myself or family through the bad behaviors and Ill manners And there for I never will not be returning to the country.

The worst experience of my life in an airport. I did my first solo travel trip to Roatan and I got stopped not once to inspect my belongings but TWICE! Mind you, this airport is no bigger than one terminal at an average airport. According to them, this was a "random" inspection, the inspection was a body inspection in addition to opening my bags and checking my shoes. "Randomly" check me TWICE within a 30 feet distance from the previous check. I am Hispanic and truthfully they were so biased as to whom they would stop and from my entire flight not one Anglo American got stopped. If you are Hispanic you will get "randomly" selected so be warned. I was heartbroken to see how my brownness instigated such actions at this airport. The first lady even had the nerve to say "she speaks Spanish" to her colleague like it was more okay to detain me, why? because I would not protest? Well I will submit a formal complaint for discrimination not just because I noticed what I noticed, but for purposefully targeting people of color. I am a single female, brown, and spoke Spanish. I don't think I will ever return, I had promised my family I would take them to see how nice everything was, but now I am not so sure I will ever return. I rather spend more money elsewhere than have to experience this type of discrimination and embarrassment again.

Two places to grab any kind of food and the one was pretty much out of EVERYTHING. Coffee shop before going through customs is amazing!

Airport is clean easy to navigate, I just don't understand why they had to take finger prints again at departure. 10 fingers prints were already taken at arrival. A few restaurants outside and inside customs, food prices are 4 times higher than the gas station convenience stores. be warned. Comfortable sitting area with outlets available and air conditioning 👌

Don't understand why we had to fill out the immigration forms once we landed and we're in the airport terminal when we had already done it online and have printed copies with us. It just took so much time that kept us from getting in line to go through customs. Having said that, out of eight spots that could have custom officials working six were filled and that seemed good. It did take about 30 minutes to get from the back of the line to a custom official but that's better than one or two hours. The customer official was friendly and very efficient and even though there were three in our party it took all of 5 minutes. I very much like that there was a guy making sure our bag tickets corresponded to the bag check tickets we carried. And then scanning our bags one more time was very quick and easy.

Pleasant experience flew CM Airlines check in was smooth, it started to rain and they walked each passenger with an umbrella to the plane. Thank goodness it was only about 30 folks. Quick flight from San Pedro straight to Roatan 35 minutes.. Oh while waiting for flight a young lady walked around with a cart selling unhealthy snacks... Lol I did partake in some Lay's chips which I hadn't had in years... On vacation splurge a little!

Varies so dramatically it's hard to give a correct rating. Some days it's a dream to go through and others a nightmare. If you are checking in so much depends on the number of flights going out that day. My advice be early and hang out at Larry and Louie's if things are slow that day.

Incredibly busy from 11 -2pm with most international flights departing at that time but was still fast. Make sure you fill declarations paperwork in before you go into line. Get your last minute shopping done before immigration going inas there's quite a markupinside vs the stores as you enter airport.

Small and decent airport. But when crowded it's really hard to understand thr PA announcments (for no native speakers) - too much noise (not enough acoustics).

Good, clean functional. Tiny. One cafe. If you want food and coffee and time to enjoy it, arrive early
