I will say,the property was very well maintained. The restaurant Azul and there staff were awesome ( David and the rest of the guys!!) The food was amazing, the morning chef and the evening chef did a great job! I like to say Sherman the drive helped with going to the mini store etc. The ladies in the front office were absolutely friendly and took care of all my needs and answered questions on activities. A+ Keep everything the same please don't change, the cost was reasonable , so stay solid!!!!! Mike n Mia

Blue was one of the best experiences that my wife and I have had. The staff was friendly and caring and the suit was comfortable and had the amenities we were looking for. Just down the road you can walk to the beach and pool (there’s a smaller pool and jacuzzi at the main resort area). Down by the beach they were building a bar/restaurant, which will be ready by the time you’re probably reading this. There’s kayaks and paddle boards available. We didn’t do this, but there’s also an option to go fishing on a boat. You can return the fish to the restaurant and they’ll cook it for you! Don’t sleep on the chef experience at Azul. You can also request masseuses. We had a honeymoon to remember! We will certainly be coming back to Roatan and Blue. What a gem! We have to give a shoutout to Enrique and Luis for excellent customer service and also the staff at Azul Restaurant, David, Rigo, Denis, Eder, Christopher, and the cooking team. The best! PS: There’s wildlife around too. We appreciated the Macaws pictured! Saw them nearly every day.

Paradise Found! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Roatan Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience that left me absolutely blown away. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was enveloped in an aura of tranquility and luxury that set the tone for an amazing stay. The accommodations were nothing short of impressive. My room was meticulously designed with a blend of modern elegance and island charm. Every detail seemed to have been thoughtfully curated, from the (VERY) comfortable bed to the tasteful decor. The private balcony became my personal oasis for reading a book, enjoying a coffee or glass of wine or watching sunsets - it was absolute bliss! What truly sets Blue Roatan apart is its exceptional service. The staff are not only incredibly friendly and attentive but also genuinely passionate about ensuring you have the best possible stay! We haven’t experienced service like that during our 5 months of travel so it was truely appreciated. We were made to feel right at home. My favourite part of our stay was the grounds! They do an incredible job at maintaining the gardens which make you feel like you’re in a true tropical oasis. And nestled amongst it all is a beautiful hot tub where you can relax and watch the hummingbirds and even Macaws fly by! The food was absolutely flawless. We particularly loved the breakfast every morning and was excited to wake up and try something new every day! The coffee is also exceptional. All in all, it was a truely magical stay and we left the resort feeling relaxed and refreshed. If you're looking for an exquisite tropical getaway with top-notch service and an ambiance that's both refined and laid-back, this is the resort for you!

Place is so beautiful with an awesome view! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach & pool by the beach, but if you don’t feel like walking, they can take you there in a little cart. Customer service from booking/reserving, check in, and check out was excellent! Food and service at the restaurant was top notched, and did I mention the view? This is a boutique hotel with 9 rooms and plenty of space to relax and enjoy quiet and privacy!

Excellent all the way around! Easy airport pick up. Great accommodations. Comfy beds. Included breakfasts were delicious. The beach is a short walk away but they have transportation if needed. Kayaks and SUP boards for free. The beach attendant made everything easy. The adjoining restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed a wonderful 6 course Christmas menu. Most importantly, the staff truly cares about you. We arrived to a free drink, and Gishela and Enrique really helped us with a passport issue. We could not have navigated Honduras immigration without them! We will be back!

Great way to cap off our trip after a week at a dive resort. Perfect luxury decompression spot. The staff is very friendly and always at the ready. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed using the complimentary paddle boards. There is a beautiful pool at the beach as well as at the main property. Also, the restaurant onsite Azul is fantastic and was great at delivering our drinks to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

AMAZING! The Blue Roatan Resort was a perfect stay, the staff was so kind and communicated excellently. I purchased the birthday package for my mother's birthday and they decorated our room and even for a gluten free cake for my celiac mother! The restaraunt was also DELICIOUS for each meal we had there including the sunset wine tasting, which was so lovely! The pool is small but really deep and was perfectly pleasant, especially after walking back up hill from the beach! There is also a tuktuk that will drive you up and down the beach. The beachfront pool was open but all under construction, when it fully opens it will be amazing. Overall, I would stay there time and time again, especially over the more popular and busier hotels. Highly recommend Blue Roatan!

Wonderful atmosphere. 5 minute walk to the ocean. They have there own private beach with free paddle boarding and kayaking. Part of the beach area is under construction but will be ready in February. Great food. You are living on a hill so there are a lot of steps. This is fine unless your legs are not that good. The views are breathing.

Had lunch at Azul, the restaurant. Excellent food and great service from the waiter, Rigo. Rigo was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend having a meal there, at least lunch (we didn't get a chance to go there for dinner but wish we did).

We are really enjoying our stay at Blue Roatan! Their shuttle driver met us as soon as we exited baggage claim, and had us at the property within 25 minutes. Gisela and Kenia at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming! They helped us set up a dolphin encounter while the restaurant provided a super fast and delicious lunch for us to take with us and eat in the car on the way to swim with the amazing dolphins. They served us wine and cheese, while we watched the sunset from their observation deck before we went for an amazing meal on one of their, many other lighted elevated patios. The resort is brilliantly lit at night, providing a stunning contrast to the darker night time forest that surrounds it. Our room is beautiful and has a warm breeze running through it constantly. This is truly a memorable place! We haven’t even made it to the beach to go snorkeling yet, but we know we will be back in the future! You definitely want to check this place out!

The chef made us a special vegan plate which was AMAZING! So beautiful, unique and delecious!!!

I am someone who relies heavily on reviews. I was hesitant to book with Blue Roatan because of how few reviews it h, but sure was I taken by surprise. This resort had it all and the attention to detail was superb. No resort I’ve been too has ever offered small things like Q-tips or cotton rounds and the Blue Roatan did. My family and I were in love and I would highly recommend this place. It was serene and the views were phenomenal.

Perfect Vacation getaway. The Best restaurant in the Island. So much fun snorkeling and the most beautiful view of the bay. The staff were super friendly and felt like family. Service was above and beyond
