Flavorful & inexpensive breakfast. The breakfast sandwich is great—not too heavy & very tasty on the bagel. The cinnamon roll is a reasonable size & great with coffee. Breakfast burrito is good, too. Any place that you can get two entree, a cinnamon roll & two coffees for under $20 is a 👏🏼👏🏼.

Good sandwiches and biscuits. Service is good and friendly. During peak hours can be quite busy so plan for a potential short wait. You can also order ahead the night before for breakfast pickup if you call.

A must stop for breakfast and lunch. The cinnamon rolls, burgers and BLT are our favorites. Huge portions for that post dive hunger. The staff is great. Can’t miss spot in West End!

The brisket burger is absolutely delicious! As a fellow Texan I can say this is some top notch brisket. The burgers are huge. Service was very friendly. Unfortunately, they were out of cinnamon buns on my visit, which are said to be the best on the island. Will have to go back!

Fresh fruit smoothie and a cinnamon roll are perfect combo of healthy & decadent. Staff are extreme kind and attentive when needed. Views of the water and great prices. They heat the cinnamon roll before adding the warm icing and it makes all the difference.

We have been to Sandy almost every day since we got to Roatán. The food is very flavorful and enough to share. The service is excellent and you won't regret stopping by. I must warn you if you get the cinnamon roll you will want some more. We will miss their cooking when it is time to go back home.

Delicious!!! We ate here 3 days in a row and it never disappointed. Lots of options. I loved the veggie sandwich and my partner enjoyed the tex-mex burger. Also the sweet potatoes fries are amazing. The cinnamon buns are the BEST! Fresh food, quality items, and delicious flavor. You can't go wrong, highly recommended as best breakfast/lunch in the west end!

There are only a few things in life that stress me out: The Jazz getting ready to trade Donovan Mitchell, having to leave Orem Utah for any occasion, and hoping that my favorite taco shop on State Street doesn’t change their hours. All these worries went to the wayside when I took my first bite of The CBR sandwich from Sandy Buns Looking back, in retrospect, the establishment sold more than just delicious sandwiches. They sold an experience. The sweet potato fries with smoked tendered brisket paired with a beautiful ocean view brought tears to my eyes. For context, the last time I cried was when the San Diego Chargers move to Los Angeles. I haven’t watch NFL football since. Anyhow, the Cortes and company went everyday for 4 days straight and we were able to try the whole menu. Do yourself a favor and empty your bank account here.

Our Sandy Buns experience was as good as they said it would be. The original Sandy Buns Burger and fries was spot on and Hubs loved his Blackened Chicken sandwich. Jamie's Cheesus sandwhich looked challenging to eat because it was HUGE, however Jamie managed it like a champ and said it was delicious. Bottomless raspberry iced tea, fast and friendly staff. The most awesome part of the meal was the gorgeous hot cinnamon bun for dessert. Highly recommend.

Greatest place. Loved the food and the service. One of twoxplaces on thecisland we ate more then once and the only one I, intentionally planned to return to eat at. I had the texas two step burger twice i think and wife had regular brealfast burrito and a salad. Would recommend all three.

Great food! One of our favorite places in the west end. Sandwiches are excellent, I recommend the sweet potato fries. They have gluten free buns and bread and will fry your fries in clean oil, if that is important for you. Cinnamon rolls are great.

As a Texan, this food/BBQ is phenomenal. I would eat every meal here if I could. Everything I’ve had here has been amazing and easily the best food I’ve had on the island.

If you leave this place hungry it's your own fault! The owners are Texans who know how to save up delicious cowboy sized portions. They are very popular for their cinnamon rolls, but all their menus items are delicious and comforting. Their main waitress, Jojo, is an absolute sweetheart. Go there, you'll have zero regrets!

Beautiful view with perfect cinnamon rolls. The bagels are house made and to die for. Must try while on the island.

Such good food! We ate here twice for breakfast during our vacation. The cinnamon rolls are the best ever. I was not expecting the avocado toast to be so big and couldn't finish it all, it was excellent! We also had the biscuits and gravy - the jalapeno cheddar biscuits are good too. Pretty sure everything on the menu would be excellent!

It was ok IMO. Right across from the beach so a nice view. Food was good. Cinnabon bun was good as well. It's their signature menu item. A lot of people rave about this place and to each his own respectfully.

Love, love, love this place. I went there three times during my stay. The first time I tried the brisket sandwich....my mind was blown. The brisket was smoked, very tender, and the portions were big. The second time I ordered the smoked chicken, brisket, green chile mac and cheese and baked beans(this particular meal was available only on Saturdays). All the food was delicious. The third visit I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich, also amazing. The service was good as well. The wait staff was very attentive. I would highly recommend it.

I was so happy to return to Sandy Buns! The owners and their team are super nice! Adorable, casual, eatery on the main street across from the beach. Their food is out of the world super delicious! We loved the brisket covered burger, breakfast burrito with brisket, pulled pork sandwich and fabulous cinnamon rolls.

Hands down the best sweet potato fries i have ever had. The burgers and buns are huge. It might not be the best idea to eat here before diving (greasy) but it's a great spot to come after! Delicious!

👍👍 Not just chocolate! They now do breakfast... and lunchtime Indian Food specials at great prices (might have bought the entire Indian Food menu to take home on the ferry to Utila -- was not disappointed, will do it again). Many reasons to stop by. Conveniently located on the main strip in West End...

👍 Restaurant is right on the beach. It also has a view of the beach and a grocery store on the lower level. The food was ok. The rice and chicken could have used a little more seasoning.
