Great view of Half Moon Beach, at the West End. We enjoyed a superb (huge) lobster which was already carved up (with shrimp on top) and easy to just eat with nothing but a fork! Don’t miss the appetizers though, the tuna tartare atop fried plantains is SO GOOD!! The Arenal drink is also highly recommended.

Today we came back for the second time. My husband and I are vegan and he also has gluten allergy. The staff is very kind and helpful with our menu choices, and we find the food very tasty, fresh homemade ingredients. Not from a bottle or package. We also love their fresh fruit drinks they make. Pictured here is the vegan tartare appetizer. The Vegan fried rice and chifritos (sub pork for avocado) were so tasty we did not stop for the picture. Better than the food is the helpful staff, esp our waiter Cristopher.

This was a great discovery for us! We had gelato next door and found this treasure of a restaurant tucked by the water with wonderful views. We met the owner and the staff that day and they told us about their concept and cuisine. We came back a few days later for lunch and it was amazing. Our waiter was Marlon who has the best energy and made our meal even more enjoyable! We started the meal off with an order of Yucca Empanadas that are fantastic and very different from what you will get at other Roatan restaurants. We had the fresh catch of the day - Wahoo - perfectly cooked and served with super tasty yucca fries. We also had an order of their version of a stir fry - Wild Rice with shrimp. We devoured every bite! Don’t miss this restaurant while in West End of Roatan!

Gorgeous atmosphere, lovely staff. The food…where do I begin… amazing! We had 2 seafood dishes and they were outstanding, the best seafood we have found on the island, and that’s saying something. Fresh, flavourful, unique, and memorable. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. We are only here a week and will be sure to return, it’s that good!

During our seven day cruise we got to spend a few hours in Roatan, Honduras. Our taxi driver drove us the West End from the port, there we found this lovely place with beach front. Our server Marlon was so friendly and very attentive with my mother. Marlon moved their beach chairs under a palm tree and closer to the water for us, he brought us a few pitchers of sangria, a fresh shrimp cocktail with some delicious tostones (plantain tostadas). Can’t wait to go back to Roatan and visit this restaurant again.

Don’t miss THE BEST restaurant in Roatan. Some people passed it up because beer isn’t available with the food. Don’t make that mistake. This place is delicious!!! We have traveled the world, and this is some of the tastiest food we have ever enjoyed. Nancy, Os and Christopher took such great care of us. I have a variety of dietary needs/preferences, and they were all “no problem”. In addition to the food tasting great, it was all presented in such a pretty way. We went on a Wednesday, so the Sangria was 2 for the price of 1. In addition to Sangria, they also have champagne and champagne based cocktails. And of course filtered water. If you still have a taste for beer after your meal, pick some up at the convenience store across from the beach. But don’t miss out on this WONDERFUL culinary experience. Pro tip-go early so you can enjoy the view, every table has a great view of the ocean. The restaurant is literally on the beach.

Delicious food and amazing service. This is one of the cute places you want to go with your significant other, family or friends. We stumbled upon it by mistake with my husband but once we walked in we knew this would be our place. Food was so impressive and the cocktails were really good as well. Highly recommend this place (and I rarely write reviews!).

Great food in cozy atmosphere right next to the beach! Even yummy homemade salsas are accompanied to every dish and they have great interpretations of all kinds of (costa rican) seafood, meat and vegetarian options. We enjoyed every time and we came multiples!!

The absolute best Costa Rican food I have ever had!! Great job! Try the watermelon juice. 🍉 delish! Nancy and Osman, the owners, have created a perfect place to enjoy food and the ocean steps away. Make sure you visit!!

Second time we came here on our trip. As per my previous reviews there is just a handful of good restaurants at west end, this is one. A bit pricey BUT worth it, good flavor and unique dishes, service is great, Fabricio our server both times took the time to explain each dish, made suggestions and was very polite. The place is also in front of the beach with lots of shade. This is the perfect spot for both good food, swimming, snorkeling and relaxing

Best meal of our trip! The whole fish wrapped in banana meshes was amazing (as was the ceviche) and the sangria was just delicious. The service was beyond excellent and we will return again one day!

Decided to try Pura Vida out as it was right on the beach overlooking a less frequented but beautiful snorkelling area. Calming view and charming patio. I had the pleasure of Christopher hosting me who noted they have 2 for 1 specials on mimosas for $5 on Saturdays, as part of their other many daily specials. I ended up going with the seafood stew and it was deliciously paired with coconut bread and rice. They also have great hot sauce between habanero or jalapeño to give everything a good kick. The establishment conveniently accepts credit card and there is a “servicio” fee of 10% automatically added. You might get asked if you want to buy a bracelet from an oncoming vendor on the beach if you want to support the community.

Absolutely delicious food and sangria. Ceviche might be my favorite food, and Pura Vida makes the best I have ever had. Wish I could make it that good.

The food here is incredible. Fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the stuffed tostones and lobster.

👍👍 Not just chocolate! They now do breakfast... and lunchtime Indian Food specials at great prices (might have bought the entire Indian Food menu to take home on the ferry to Utila -- was not disappointed, will do it again). Many reasons to stop by. Conveniently located on the main strip in West End...

👍 Restaurant is right on the beach. It also has a view of the beach and a grocery store on the lower level. The food was ok. The rice and chicken could have used a little more seasoning.
