Nice skylight chairs to ride over to the beach from the cruise port terminal. Cost us $12 each for all day use, which we did. Also, we rented 2 chairs with an umbrella for$30. Lots of people out enjoying the beach. Beach has semi coarse sand but the views wonderful. Good drinks available as well as food. An affordable place to visit while

Fair beach super packed and busy. The nature walk is the best part. Super difficult to get service at the bars. After a few 10+ minute waits we headed back to the main area.
The nature walk is great with 700+ feet of elevation.

The beach is beautiful. The only offset was that when we went snorkeling in the deep ends/ open area there were A LOT of trash. It was devastating to swim in it and through it. It would have been nice if the jet ski people were use a net to clean up the top part of the beach. Once we were done snorkeling, we saw the debris slowly coming towards the fenced beach area. Overall, the corals are beautiful but they need to be more strict on the pollution in the water.

Beautiful beach! We stopped here after zip lining! The kids loved it. The scenic walk is quicker to get back to the ship.

This was our 2nd time in Honduras at the Mahogany Bay Port. The first time we did not ride the floating chairs. The sun was shining down and we had a few beach chairs by the water the water is a cool light blue and we drank, ate, took a dip and napped on the beach. This second time around was just as relaxing but more private and did not disappoint! The weather called for a but of rain. I purchased a cabana and invited the family to partake in my little secluded area. Walking to the cabana house, we caught a good amount of rain and I took it all in! We where there to jump in the water right? Upon finding the cabana area, I was given my own spot, lounge chairs, floaties, sodas and snacks. A waiter would even come around my cabana where I laid outside most of the time enjoying the hummingbirds coming to visit. It was amazing. The family loved all the private space and seating. I will DEFINITELY order the cabana next time I'm in Honduras. We were given free rides on the floating chairs back to the port. It was a cool experience to view the beach from a birds eye view.

This beach was cute. There was no entrance fee but the cabanas were a $25 fee. The regular chairs were first come first serve. We tried the beef nachos, cheese Quesadilla and the Caribbean Jerk chicken all were very tasty. Everything was soo fresh and cooked to order.

Lots of shops in Mahogany Bay unfortunately they’re only open when cruise ships are in a port. Some very good processor polo shirt to retire. Several shops selling different types of knickknack including woodwork.
