My second time coming here and both times was a nightmare! The worker just stand around and gossip while the customer is waiting to be served. But when they decide to serve you it’s with an attitude. Today I order a refresher drink and the drink taste like water. When I said something to the worker she said that’s how it supposed to taste. Of course, I asked for a refund. As I was leaving an another customer told me she saw the worker put water in my cup instead of juice.

After watching a cashier come to the food counter with an incorrectly made order that a customer didn't want, and when walking out saw a woman, who was just in front of me in line, walking back into the store with her order in hand, I should have checked my sandwich order before I left the parking lot. It wasn't until I was 20 minutes away at work that I noticed my sandwich was not anywhere close to what I ordered. The paper ticket taped on the sandwich paper was what I ordered, but not what was in the wrapper. I'm not sure what was going on, but the food counter was all over the place. I had only a small window to get lunch today and really wanted Wawa, and now I'm left with just chips and a soda.

Unless it’s DoorDash, your food won’t be exactly what you ordered. And even then it’s not always on point. I’ve only gotten food here a couple times before that was actually accurate. And the parking lot is just god awful.

Horrible place . Came in on 10/12 at 6:15 am and the lady that prepares the drinks , fixing her hair where the food area is. Gossiping on the food area and not doing my drink. Had to request a refund not waiting for her to finish her hair, fixing her bandana while the other one is making the food. Worst location

Every time I purchase a breakfast sandwich it's over microwaved. This is a set system that this location can get correct. I usually visit other locations, this one one bad for the label.

The staff is revolving door. They don't train anyone correctly or follow the correct guidelines. Everything is done last minute and incorrectly. I would avoid this store at all costs.

Multiple times I have food prepared I correctly or when ordering hot food was cold when went to eat it. consonantly out of stock on items and most of the employees do not acknowledge people waiting for food orders is extremely long

I placed a mobile order for my fiancé and I but when I went to pick it up, I was told I had to grab the four drinks from the fridge myself with no bag for the food either. This place has gone down hill since it was renovated. Mind you, I am currently 9 months pregnant
