Overall a nice community with nice neighbors but the maintenance is terrible. All appliances are old and they are fixed by scavenging parts from other appliances. Recently our dishwasher racks were rusted so we requested new ones. We were given “new” ones which were nothing but old rusted ones painted. After washing the paint was on all the utensils (which we realized later) and we ended up cooking using those utensils. When we pointed out I was told this was not known to them. They will send a new one which we will get in 7-10 days. The same story is playing out for washing machine. I have been in rental places - but this service ranks the lowest.

Been here for over a year now and the management has been excellent. We had dishwasher issues that were promptly assessed by Rob and Chris, who were very helpful throughout the process. We also were locked out of the apartment and were assisted immediately, even when the leasing office was closed. The grounds and amenities are clean. We love our neighbors and the community feel. Safe and enjoyable for kids too. We love living here.

We moved in a month ago and were working on a tight deadline. Sorocco was great throughout from seeing the house and then to actually moving in. After move-in services were great too. Thank you!

Robeet is the best maintenance super and knows his work well. He is very professional and also friendly. My garage door was not working and there was no power supply in the garage opener. Robert spent a lot of time, checking every single power supply in the home from the kitchen to the balcony to the bathrooms and finally found the root cause and resolved the problem. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm, hard work, patience and knowledge. Please keep up the great work Robert.

Excellent work done very promptly. Specially in such a cold weather, getting the water heater fixed quick was great help. Really appreciate the prompt maintenance.

Chris did an amazing job getting our dishwasher installed. He was cheerful, gave us a demo and made sure we were all set.

The maintenance processing is very quick. It comes mostly the next day even if your request happened at midnight. They send one of the expert engineers according to problems and solve it right away. Also, they even handle minor problems (e.g., a power outlet, door knobs, air filter replacement) in units when they visit. The online system is quite convenient to request maintenance. And they send a follow-up message to double-check everything is all right. Overall, I am very much satisfied with professional maintenance.
