Manager tricks you into thinking he likes his guest but deep down he really all about the money. Not worried about getting anything fixed. Mold infested rooms , even new rooms other guest complain of having mold In there new rooms. And don't get to thinking you can stand outside on the balcony and enjoy some fresh air. You're not aloud to. It's like a prison have to be in your room. At all times. If you wanna smoke gotta smoke by the trash can. Lol enjoy.

I have stayed at the Inn Town Suites on a number of occasions over the years since around 2001 to most recently. The staff there has always been very nice and helpful. The rooms are always well kept and clean. During my last stay I had a couple problems and Cody and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to resolve the situation. Also having the kitchenette with stove top, microwave, and refrigerator make it easy to prepare most anything to eat your meals. However the hotel is centrally located to any number of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping stores to satisfy your appetite. Overall it’s a good clean and safe place to stay. Kudos to Cody and the staff for a job well done!!!

Stayed here for a month until my mobile home was available had a great stay would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay temporarily

Rooms are nice, large and updated. Staff are helpful. You can't find a cheaper hotel with decent rooms like these. However, some of the occupants are iffy... protect yourself.

Very good experience at this location, clean rooms, staff are good. And great price. I would recommend this place. The only small negative is at least my room doesnt have bathroom vent fan.

I paid for a “Premium Suite. “ What I got was a roach infested old furnished room, With two metal framed beds. And because I took the word of the Registration person about how updated the room was they refuse to accommodate . And also because my daughter checked us in and did not go look at the room they didn’t want to address any of my concerns. People expect to get what is advertised period. The young man that checked my daughter in was super nice so was the young lady I spoke with on Saturday. But the rude man that I tried to talk directly with on that Monday, was beyond rude and disrespectful. Even suggested I take my business elsewhere. I have never been treated so rudely in my life at a Hotel. I took pictures . Oh and the water was like being in a cool pool. When I have friends and family come to visit I will DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND INTOWN SUITES!!! And please do not reply about making anything right. You should have done that while we were there trying to be heard. The gentleman that was rude and unprofessional should not be in that line of work. He had no name tag and would not give me his name. And not to mention the one day my room was supposed to get cleaned it did not.

I am a construction Superintendent and travel extensively for work, so I am very often in extended stay hotels such as the Inn Town Suites. I have been in this location (Warner Robins, Georgia) for almost one full year now. The room is very large, it is very clean, and the water pressure in the shower is awesome and an endless supply of hot water..... I use Amazon quite often, and by often I mean over 100 packages in the last month and a half alone.... and the staff (primarily Cody) almost without fail has them neatly stacked either on my bed, or if it's a large package on the floor next to the bed. I have had ZERO issues with any packages coming up missing!! Housekeeping is great, although I take care of 95% of it myself. The laundry facilities are kept neat and clean, the washers and dryers are in great condition and work great!!! The staff is always helpful, they have a member of staff living on the property that works at night as well, he patrols the parking lot thru out the evening every night.... vehicles are safe from any kind of crime or vandals. My overall experience has been wonderful!! I highly recommend this location!!!

The hotel is very well taken care of, clean room and updated floors and appliances. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to absolutely everything (Dollar tree, walmart, many restaurants). Many parking spots and well lit, staff is very professional and polite over all I recommend this place 100%! You can not go wrong here.

Great place to stay clean safe and over all comfortable. The manager Cody was great and made me feel like family. Thank you so much for the week and if I’m ever in town I’ll be their for sure.

My name is Tyanna Scott and I am requesting a FULL refund of my stay from the Warner Robins , GA Extended Stay property. The General Manager of the location is Cody S, and he has sent MULTIPLE emails to his Supervisor and Revenue Manager on my family’s behalf. I am an Active Duty military member and the conditions of the property are disgustingly terrible! My family and I were moved from Room 301 to 105 due to pests, and the problem was WORSE in the “upgraded” room of 105. I have pictures taken just minutes apart of the roaches that were immediately found in the room. Cody S even picked a roach up with his own hand in the kitchen before letting us stay in there. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from this company in regards to refunding my money, especially for all the food and clothes we had to throw away due to this property’s pest problems! I am gathering all necessary information to Sue this company of false advertisement of cleanliness and terrible lies told that I would be receiving my refund. This is absurd! I have also sent 3 customer service feedbacks through the in town suites page and have heard NOTHING back. I will not stop until someone contacts me about receiving my refund.

Pros: clean, friendly staff, honest with money Cons: too many rules and inspections, unpleasant pee smell on the south west side of the 2nd floor upon arrival and occasionally in the stairways, I also feel like there could be less restrictive spaces and allowance for smokers while still maintaining a respectful distance away from the other guests. I have a medical cannabis card in both California and Hawaii for my PTSD but am unable to treat my symptoms here.

Cody and his team were great. The room was comfortable and big enough for me. I will use this location again. It would be nice to have a little more counter space but over all I was satisfied.

I had an upgraded room which was comfortable. Wish they had told me to bring basic items like trash bags, broom & dust pan & mop, pots & pans along with basic dishes and silverware with me because the hotel does not provide them. The room did have a small sink with a 2 burner stove (no oven) & microwave all worked really well. Had a full size refrigerator& freezer which was really nice to have also. Nice bed and nice room in a great location with a Kroger grocery close by and a Wendy's almost in the same parking lot. Only issue had was one night they shut the water off to fix something and never told me or any of the other residents and never got a returned phone call even after I left a message on the regular number and when I tried to call the after hours emergency number I got no answer. I could not leave a message because the afterhours mail box was full and they did not have a staff person in the office so if there had been a major issue then I would have just been out of luck until11am the next day. Nice place to stay especially for the price and the guy in the office was nice when it was open.

We had a misunderstanding about a reservation. But the manager volunteered to make it right. Deffinetly recommend this location.

I made a reservation for a room and it wasn’t ready when I got there and I was told that someone was staying in it. Why would they let me reserve a room if it wasn’t available? The noise level is insane I had people outside blasting music at 1am and the people above me would stomp alll day. And then lawn care would be outside being noisy at 9am or whoever was out there with a blower. And that would wake me up every day. I do not recommend staying here if you like to have quiet or things go to plan. And the internet here is also horrible and doesn’t load anything with any efficiency. The only positive thing was how the staff acted and how friendly they were

The elevator never works. Also, They refuse to clean the second and third floor rooms because of this. It's ridiculous. It's called you have storage closets on each floor. Why not have a housekeeping cart in it as well. It would make way more sense!

Didn't stay, checked the room didn't like the smell, (I have asthma so strange orders triggers attacks) elevator was broken and no 1st floor rooms available. The guy at the counter was very friendly and tried to accommodate us he offerd to contact us if he had a cancellation.

Elevator did not work for approximately a month, definitely a safety issue, roaches, tv did not work, and management is very slow to correct issues. When management came to address the tv not working, brought a tv and was unable to dismantle the old one, left the tv on the floor, did not connect it. So for 3 days I did not have tv service, i connected the tv and use a chair to sit the tv on it. It is now week two and the tv issue has not been address. The room itself is horrible, dirty walls, stained flooring, rotted cabinets, and night stand, dust that is at least 5 inches thick, and a constant sewer smell. Housekeeping is also a weekly joke, which there was no housekeeping for about a month, and when there was, only the bear minimum is done. I can't wait to get out of here.

I must say thatvI had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The location was super convenient (on site laundry room, very close to restaurants and a grocery store). The night attendant was very cordial when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.

Stayed here for several months while waiting for our house to close. It is conveniently located to grocery shopping and restaurants. It is not far from the air force base. The staff is friendly. Cody always remembered my name and room number and was very nice, polite and helpful. There is a gentleman who keeps the grounds and breezeways clear and free of debris. They were renovating several rooms over the course of my stay which suggests to me they keep the rooms up routinely. The laundry facility was convenient and clean. It offers an affordable extended stay that has the basic amenities to live comfortably for extended visits/stays.
