This was my first time in Hardee's in about a good 3 years. When I arrive the line was super short, had no idea what I wanted, but I end up ordering chicken sandwich. It was refreshing to get a chicken sandwich that not only was hot, juicy, big enough to fulfill me on my lunch break. Hardee's you have a great chicken sandwich. They have shoe string fries but they were hot, crisp and delicious. Customer service was good and staff insured my meal was perfect.

The service was slow the roof was leaking water and it wasn't even raining...the employees was More worried about the personal conversation that the other employees we're having rather than the customers being waiting on. We want be going back.

I want to take a moment to thank you and your crew, I was on my way and looking forward to one of your amazing burgers. *** Unfortunately, your staff makes one feel like they are an inconvenience and unwanted. They're unable to process a simple coupon, and while walking through the process of taking my walking order and drive through at the same time, we all suffer. How far yall have fallen, what a reflection on management.

I was starving, hadn't eaten anything in something like thirty-eight hours. I wasn't in the mood for any of my usual spots, saw the Hardee's sign and had to pull in before my salivating became a problem. They had my order prepared and in my hand in a little over five minutes. I raced back home and devoured it. I mean, it was like feeding time at one of those alligator farms. It was perfect.

Food was served cold. I asked for a refund and then had to wait forever because no one could do that. They had a bunch of food pre-cooked but no customers. I will never waste my time there again.

Drove through the drive-thru to try the new bacon side. It will be difficult not to continue to go back daily to get this item.

Very fast, affordable breakfast - make sure to get there on time. Was a quick, guilty pleasure.

Breakfast is great here! The lady that took my order was so nice and sweet for so early in the morning. I always appreciate a smile

Been testing biscuits and breakfast across the city. Hardee's still has one of the best biscuits in town. It just saddens me there aren't more local locations. The service was quick and efficient. The CSR was cordial and the food not hot not cold but not just right either. But it was good 😋😋😋😋 4/5 yums

I came to Hardee's for lunch. The lady who took my order (Kazmiera) was very nice, to me and all other customers. She's taking care of dine-in and drive-thru. She's very pleasant and polite to everyone. The young man who cooked my hamburger (I didn't get his name) make it perfectly. The lobby is clean and neat. AAA service and food.

It was quiet. The customer service was great!! We were greeted and asked how we were doing. Our orders were promptly taken! And the food was hot and fresh!! I LOVE Hardee's biscuits!!! They're top tier!!

Looks like the store is open. No one answered the drive-thru and I didn't see any workers when I pulled aroumd to the pickup window. Says they are open for 50 more minutes. I guess this place is going to vlose soon.

While taking our order, cashier removed her nose ring and put it on a paper in front of the register. Then gathered food orders without washing her hands. We ordered double burgers and both only had one patty.

It's okay, especially if you have coupons, the burgers and sandwiches have gotten smaller over the years, in my opinion, but it's decent food.

The ladies that work in the mornings are soo friendly and sweet.. they are the best! They make my day every time I go through the drive-thru.. The food is great also! Awesome customer service!!!

I love the biscuits! I just wish y'all still had the smoked sausage biscuit and/or the pork chop and gravy biscuit. Please consider bringing them back.. At least one of them, please? 😊

Had some previous bad experience at this location but Sunday morning was a great breakfast. The lady that rang us up was pleasent and brought our food to the table when it was ready. The biscuits were mighty delicious!

I enjoyed my Double Burger n fries were cooked just right. Not over cooked where you couldn't chew them. First time I got a meal that was hot and not cold

Love they're just meat patties but to be charged for a whole Burger and not get but the Patty and then they put everything on it you. Didn't ask for and you don't know until your miles away and have to go back is off putting to say the least. I prefer Hardy's over any of the other fast food Burger places however that being said I can go through a McDonald's or Wendy's and order just the burger pattys for a bit more than a buck a patty, where Hardy's charges me for a whole entire sandwich as much as it cost me for 6 patties at any of the others I mentioned here.

Their meals always fill me up and they move quickly. Sometimes there is a bit of an outside odor as their drive through is close to their dumpster. They are priced fairly and no major complaints.

-2 stars for coffee with joy detergent flavor aftertaste! -1 for inside 40 minute wait. Priority is Drive Thru. Great staff!

Stopped after work (5:00 pm) for a burger and fries before heading home. Got one for Mom, too. The fries were good, but the burgers were burned, tasteless, and very dry. I think the short staff was tired and ready to get off or something (staff issue). This used to be the best Hardee's in town but the last couple of times have me shaking my head. I'm opting for Dairy Queen next time. Burger King has some tasty burgers, too. I like that char flavor but not burned - ewe. I couldn't understand the window either and the wait was very long. Her speech was impeded, even at the window. Hope you guys can pull this place back up. I was the only customer and should have let that be my guide to prevent a bad purchase. If the food was good, the price was right, and I did like the price. I just didn't like the food. Sorry. Burned is not my flavor.

Biscuit & hash rounds were tasty as usual, but they were completely out of jelly. A place that does tons of breakfast business ought never to run out of jelly.

Went by this morning and ordered 2 loaded omelet biscuits and 2 small hash browns. Only got 1 hash brown and paid almost 5 dollars for it. Sure I could have checked my bag but still the order is right in front of them. They can check twice to make sure they order is right. Im not going back for a long while.

Got the 2 country ham biscuits for $4 and a drink. The biscuits were tasty if a little dry, so I'm glad I got some grape jelly to moisten them. The ham wasn't too salty and had a good flavor. My drink was made as requested without ice. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Food was horrible 😫 I ordered the grill chicken club.. The chicken was under cooked and the lettuce and tomatoes was not fresh. We spent $27 for two sandwiches and one meal and it all was garbage..

Twice couldn't get our order right then over charged us and didn't even give us syrup we just left

Just left this place. The workers were extremely loud in the drive-thru. I could hear all the yelling & gossiping while trying to order our food. Also took a while for 2 biscuits. Employees should work on customer service & mannerisms.

The service was great, the guys behind the counter treated me like a king. However the food tasted a little old, like it was in the warmer past its time. Freshest thing I received was the fries.

Advertises the "dining room now open" . Hours on the door indicated dining room was open, but it was closed. They had no ice for the drinks. When I received my order it was missing an item. Knocked on the door multiple times to get the order corrected then had to bang on the door multiple times to get someone to open up so the order could be corrected. The person that finally came to the door displayed a poor attitude. No apology or anything. Do better!!!
