    The girl from the drive-thru tonight (08/25/2023 at 8:10) is EXTREMELY RUDE! The store was out of the gorilla crunch, and it wasn't our fault for her being very snippy at us when we wanted to confirm! Didn't ask for what kind of sauce we wanted as usually and talked back to us " you didn't ask for the sauce, so there is no sauce in your bag!" And SLAMMED THE DOOR IN FRONT OF OUR FACE!! What a FREAKING RUDE ATTITUDE!!! NO BASIC MANER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IT WASN'T BUSY AT ALL! WE ARE THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE-THRU! THE STAFF INSIDE WAS STANDING AROUND AND CHATTING. We always had a great service at this location until tonight. Some younger people who work there even have a better work ethic than this girl who runs a drive-thru tonight!!! Unacceptable!!

    We spent 15 minutes at the drive thru and we were the SECOND CAR from the box. After them not taking the guy ahead of us' order, we ended up going inside where it was just as much of a circus! The people before us had ordered while we were still in line at the drive thru and were waiting on their food for a good 10 minutes after we walked in. There's no reason it should take over 30 minutes to get 4 meals...

    No one is on the counter, stood there for 5 minutes then had to call someone from the back. I ordered online, they looked at my order and went back in for 10-15 mins. No service provided!!

    The burrito they made had no sauce or cheese. The taste was blunt. I am a taco bell fan and almost every week, few times, I eat at taco bell. So, it's not a complaint about taco bell. I think, the person who works there need more training.

    The customer service was amazing the girl at the window had fun energy and this note made our night, def the best Taco Bell in town… cherish workers like her they are hard to come by :)

    Advertise for Strawberry Freeze and the four or five times I came to this location to order one they never have it, why not put a sign out orc take it off Your menu, not sure which is worse this or McDonald’s ice cream machine which never seem to work!

    The employees at this Taco bell are normally friendly, helpful, and respectful. The place is kept clean. Have not really had any problems at this one.

    I came here at 11:40 at night after the roughest 4 days of my life, I thought I had about 9 dollars in my bank account, but as my card was declined I found out a company had tried to take out a bill early and drained my account. When I discovered this, cursing and nearly crying with frustration for all the bad luck I've run in to this past week, the woman at the window asked me to wait right there and not leave. 2 minutes later, this blessed woman came to the window with a bag of food, my order! Plus some extra! She gave it to me and told me to have a nice day, going back to her work before I could even thank her. I'm currently savoring this meal in the parking lot, now ACTUALLY crying. Thank you, whoever you are. You reminded me there are still good people.

    There was a mixup with my order. We were missing 30$ worth of food, and I understand they were really busy. The manager took her time with me on the phone and told me to come back to Taco Bell, so i did, and she gave us all the food we were missing with no problems. Thank you Ms, Juanita you were awesome and Patient and understanding.

    This is the greatest taco bell location in the area. Its a shame they are never busy, every time i come its the same Kid in drive through, John, or Phillip, whatever he deems his name is for the day. he is always calm, and friendly, and whenever i have a mess up with my order he always fixes it. Even when i give him attitude he stays calm and assures me that its gonna get fixed. Eric is also an incredible manager, always calm and kind.

    This is a very clean pit stop. I am a fan of Taco Bell, so I like stopping when I only want a quick bite. This restaurant had very good service, they take your name and call for you when your order is ready. No waiting

    First asked the girl behind the counter if she has a pack of tacos , she told me they had 12 in a pack then I asked her u have anything smaller than that and cheaper? Nope she said well long story short she charged me 50$ worth of food, Should of only been 25$ I didn't have my glasses with me I couldn't see the menu or prices,,, so I went out to car told my friends what happened and they said there was a cheaper and smaller. Pack, 4 tacos 4 burrito for 15.99$$ alot cheaper!!! I went back in and while the meantime we are still waiting for the food and 2 icy freeze drinks raspberry n cherry swirl , which we never got!! So I tell the girl about the cheaper and smaller pack and she said well you asked for tacos!!! 🤬😡🤬🤬 I was so mad I just left after I got the food that looked like it was just thrown together in hurry!!! I am not one to complain, I mean look at my other reviews this is my first negative review I believe!! This place needs to get it together!! 3 girls in there and none had a clue!!🤬

    This location has been a go to for us for a quick reliable and satisfying bite. Recently has gone down hill severely. Lucky if the food is so much as warm when it comes out. $9 for a crunch wrap that is more tortilla then anything else. It's sad to say the least. Even for a late night craving would go across before returning.

    I have had a lot of issue at this location and it’s sad to say visit one or more times a week. Lately things have been better ie less mess ups ect… This time I paid for my order in the app only to find out they were closed. Kinda frustrating.

    Apparently a employee with little to no education posted this note. My 2 year old son could spell better than this! How embarrassing for the owner of this franchise. I'm willing to bet the GM doesn't even know about the night crew closing the lobby. We walked 30 minutes to arrive only to find this note. I felt such shame for the employee's knowing they can't spell Closed, Sorry, or Drive-thru/Drive-Through. Made me sad our education system has completely failed us.
