WORST CHINESE IN HAGERSTOWN DO NOT GO!! Ive been here well over 30 minutes and have not gotten a drink refilled since my first drink when i got here

My first time at this establishment. I was fairly let down. The food was old but that was the least of my worries. There barely was enough food to make two plates. And no food was brought out the entire time I was there. The soda was flat and even the fortune cookies tasted off. I do not recommend going there.

I agree if I could give zero stars I would also the fried shrimp was hard and cold the steamed fish was cold like it had been on ice the fried chicken was cold and hard I found a hair or fuzz on my fried chicken told the lady and she turned it over purposely knocked it into the floor and said there was nothing there everything is fresh she said hahaha ok I know for a fact that nothing we ate tonight was fresh by any means. I would NEVER even feed my dog what they had on the buffet. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY AND GAS 😡😡😡😡🤦‍♀️

SIGN ON DOOR SAID LUNCH BUFFET $8.99 FOOD COLD, SERVICE SHORT & UNFRIENDLY NEVER BROUGHT ANY REFILLS 4 THE EMPTY PANS ON BUFFET THEN GOT MY BILL IT SAID $9.99 A PERSON. BULLCRAP! ARGUED WITH THIS WOMAN SIGN SAID $8.99 SHE SAID NO! NOT ON SUNDAYS AND I SAID YES! NO DAYS OR TIME ON YOUR SIGN. I WILL ONLY PAY $8.99 SHE SAID I WAS VERY RUDE AND DONT FOLLOW RULES REALLY, THEY WERE NO RULES JUST A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING LUNCH BUFFET $8.99 AND THATS WHAT I PAID AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY NEVER, EVER AGAIN THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED!!

Food is cold. They don’t refill the food once it is gone. Don’t recommend and costumer service is Bad.

I use to go all the time, I hadn't been in a while, I took my granddaughter, they didn't have green beans or stuffed shrimp, and everything was so cool, that within a few minutes, you could hardly eat it. I am so disappointed.

Its a lovely place. The staff are very nice. Quite a variety of food to choose from. Plus a salad bar, but its not too stocked. The desert bar is also tiny, but there is a freezer of ice cream you can choose to munch on. One thing I will say, don't get the sweet ice tea so willingly. I'd stick with either soda, lemonade, or lemon water.

Very clean place But service sucked was ignored actually. Food was all empty 1 spoon of rice in 30 min I was there. I think regular cook was off. I cam because my mom's fav an really missing her today. So maybe expected more then I got. Ďry tasteless and mediocre at best

Price:24.05 for two 16yr olds, I would leave 0 stars If I could, food was cold, waiters did there job fine, most of the food was empty when we were there, please don't waste your money you will thank me later...

If I could give them zero (0) stars.... I would. Hot and Sour soup was NOT HOT OR SOUR.... NO SPICE AT ALL... BLAND... JUST LIKE HOSPITAL SOUP !!! Shrimp Fried Rice was disgusting... Shrimp was soft and soggy... The shrimp was days old !!! I will never order from China Buffet ever again. Don't waste your money at China Buffet.

Food is good, and establishment clean, but the buffet dish servings were very low even though there were very few customers.

I mean you get for what you pay for..... it's a really small Chinese buffet, typically with American food as well... The issue is that sincenits so small they usually don't put out fresh food and when you get yours it's all greasy from sitting out and no one eating it. Then the fried food, for example egg rolls and such, are soggy , also from just sitting out. Will probably not come back. The food isn't bad it's just sitting out for too long and gets cold and sad...

I really like this place. Frist time in forever that I've been here. Use to go here with my mom ALL the time. It's been a very long time. Still a really great place and nice people.

Always consistent food quality. Not elaborate but very good and nice staff.

They serve cat. I have seen the cat homes and traps set out back as well. The pork is probably dog as well

Food is good buffet is always empty ...the restaurant is clean but service is horrible keep your buffet full not empty at lunch time

I wish I could give negative stars honestly. Almost all the food trays were empty and didn’t even have half of them replaced by the time we left. Only two people there, soda was flat, food was over cooked. Terrible don’t eat here.

We went to have lunch and the buffets were pretty much empty. What food was out was dry and old. Extremely disappointed and won't go there again.

The buffet was empty with old dried up food waited for them to fill it with cold half cook food.

Best Chinese food in Hagerstown. only Chinese place I will eat at.
