A fantastic store, friendly staff especially Beth who couldn’t do enough for us when booking our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very helpful. She also offered lots of advice on which excursions we should book. We will be back to book our next holiday. Massive thank you to Beth.

Myself and my fiancée recently visited the store on two occasions. On the first visit we were warmly greeted by Sarah, who offered us some ideas/steers and brochures to look through (as we were unsure at that point) A week later we returned to the store to book our honeymoon for next year. Sarah was very knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to our needs/wants and things I didn’t want! (I’m fussy!) Sarah was able to offer us a wide number of options in varying locations as per our brief. Additional note… Sarah was very happy to interact with our 8month daughter, which went into way! Thank you! Providing TUI provide as good a service as Sarah did, we will be back to book another holiday with Sarah!

We booked a family holiday to Jamaica with Donna and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We explained what we were looking for and she found lots of fantastic options and gave lots of advice. She sorted everything for us really quickly and gave some recommendations of things to do whilst we were there. Fantastic!!!

We had an amazing break away which was organised and booked through David, he was happy and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to find a gorgeous break which was suitable for our budget and our pup🐶! We booked our next holiday over the phone with Emily who could not have been more helpful! Emily tailored our cruise to meet our specific requests and answered all of our questions. Emily also offered future assistance should we require it to ensure we are fully prepared for our holiday in November, advising us to get back in touch should we have any more questions or difficulties. Booked our 1st cruise with Donna today, our customer advisor who was very efficient and went through each and every step of the booking process, explaining from flying out and meeting the ship to explaining our itinerary to us. Extremely thorough and also advised us that we could pay on the app as and when we wanted up to our balance being due. Extremely helpful

I was very pleased with the service I received booking my holiday today. Lily was very helpful, she arrange an adapted room, airport assistance, and a wheelchair adapted taxi transfer for me. Everything has been confirmed and I’m looking forward to my holiday in Tenerife.
