On my visit the shop staff were rude and unhelpful. Refused to offer any advice or help me and only said anything if i asked a direct question and then reluctantly. One of the worst customer experiences i have had. The optician though was very helpful and efficient. Expensive compared to online and with staff refusing to explain how it all added up. My 69 pounds glasses with a free pair became a 100 pound pair and no free. I guess it was because i wanted the thinner lenses. But they didn’t say. Staff member refused to say goodbye once i had paid so I will not be back.

Fantastic experience at Specsavers Skipton! The whole team was friendly and inviting nothing was too much trouble and surprisingly they managed to get my varifocal sun glasses ready in time for my holiday. Couldn't ask for better service. The aftercare is exceptional as well.

I was on holiday in the area and forgot my lenses. One phone call and visit and I was given trial lenses free. What fantastic customer service and what wonderful human beings - you are an absolute credit - a million thanks.
