What a great shop. Ed knows everything! The young guy working with him is a great too. Amazing customer service, helpful, passionate about what they sell, patience second to none. I recommend this shop to anyone above anywhere else.

I emailed Wall of Sound and received a call straight back. I needed to sort my mums TV and aerial out because she had no signal, and it is some times her only form of company. Although these guys were very busy, they understood my mums needs and an engineer went first thing next morning. My mum said the engineer was brilliant 👏. What a great service and company I totally recommend them 100%

This is by far the best customer service we have experienced in a long while!! A big thank you to Ben, Ian, Joe, David and Joanne who all made spending money far less painful, nothing felt too much trouble and everyone we dealt with had the same approach and gave us lots of time and advice which we greatly appreciated, we will be back again soon! This is the first review I have ever taken the time to do as I am that impressed with the service.
