If you want to feel like a shoplifter whilst shopping for a £40 shirt for your husband definately go here , you get your very own follower who looks at you like youre dirt. Will not be spending my hard earned wages in here again , shame because I've always liked their clothes.

Nice, spacious clean, staff friendly. Good underwear and PJ's as always. Could do with more space for food. Best to go early if shopping for food

No way as good as the old Yorkshire Street branch. The staff are great. But there seems to be very poor choice, the food stalls haven't got a good choice of products & the choice of clothes are poor. Its almost as if M&S are running this store like this because didn't want to move here in the first place!

Great shopping experience as I realised I had brought wrong purse out with me, so had to put a couple of things behind the tills to pay for n collect another day it was really embarassingly annoying but the gentleman cashier was fine about it!!! I was doing last minute christmas gifts hunting rather late I know, but, I way very ill bit b4 and after christmas weekend my sister wasnt understanding about it when I told her she never is understanding ever at all!!!

New shop and looks fantastic. You can park there also. Everything clean. Great staff.

Called into M&S for the first time today. Went upstairs and spoke to a lovely lady called Katy. Organised a bra fitting there and then by Nimshi- both fantastic members of staff, very professional and went out of their way to assist me. Thanks ladies

Couldn't fault the service!! Visited with elderly relative, Duty Manager Paul kindly organised the loan of a wheelchair. Having made several selections, at the payment counter, another member of staff most helpfully went & located an extra item for us. Having paid he volunteered to come with us to the carpark to bring the wheelchair back. Service above & beyond 10/10.
