The staff at Bury Premier Inn are amazing. I work close by to the hotel and often pop in for a coffee or glass of wine. They remember what I want and no matter how much stress they might be under they're unfailingly pleasant and cheerful. Also the wine is very reasonably priced I also went there today for breakfast as a non guest and was very impressed with the quality and quantity of food. Have since eaten here in the evening and the food is good and reasonably priced for what it is. Out of all the staff who are unfailingly brilliant I would like to mention Kaya who is friendly, professional and puts customers at ease

When I checked in on a Friday midafternoon, there was only one member of staff working, the staff member, Jenna (sp?) was immediately rude and brusque. I'm currently mobility impaired, Jenna gave me a key card that didn't work, when I went back downstairs to change the card, there was no apology etc. ๐Ÿคจ My room was large but it was grubby and smelled musty, the wet room was mouldy and gross. You can see my photos and video. ๐Ÿšฟ๐Ÿšฝ๐Ÿคฎ My friend went back down to the bar and Jenna refused to serve her, when all we needed was a clean glass. I understand that Jenna was on shift alone but there are professional ways to ask someone to return to the bar when there are more staff on shift. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ The vending machine in their lobby wasn't working properly so, no late night snacks for me! ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฌ I was nice and warm overnight, I made the room nice and toasty. Staff at breakfast were really polite and helpful. There is a decent range of continental, cold breakfast foods and the standard English 'hot' breakfast items, the hot food was mostly warm and the quality of the food is just average. However, for ยฃ9.99 all breakfast items are unlimited, and you can definitely start your day off right, I think the breakfast represents good value for money. ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฅ“๐Ÿณ๐Ÿงƒ The hotel is well located and easily reachable by road, rail, tram and bus. ๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš‰๐ŸšŠ๐Ÿš

Hotel with decent rooms and air-conditioning. There's a tram track behind the building so can't have window open without the noise. Decent breakfast as the restaurant is within the hotel. No on site parking be paid secure underground carpark just next door for around ยฃ12 for 24 hrs contact less only

Stayed here whilst exploring Bury and didn't regret any of it. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt welcome at all times. Comfortable rooms and a clean feel to the hotel added to a restful nights sleep without any disturbances from outside (we were on thr top floor). We bought meals as a deal with the rooms and were impressed with the value for money. Had some issues with our evening meal, but the staff were happy to help resolve problems, and we were satisfied with the resolutions.

The staff are super helpful but our beds were too hard for our liking. One of our beds hadn't been made but a lovely lady came and fixed that even though her shift had ended. We were there for 2 days whilst attending a funeral. Food options were poor during the evening but staff did everything they could to help and always with a smile. The mornings were extremely noisy as it's on a school route, they could do with better lighting outside at night as it was a little off putting.

Good location, good service. Good food. Paid parking not belonging to the hotel, I had problems with payment there. Wifi sucks, if you want better you have to pay. It may be ok for a business trip

Stay here often for work, the staff are always fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Rooms are always clean, location is good for Bury Town, parking is in the Q Park next door which I've never had a problem with. Big shout out to the staff on this week - Harley, Hollie and Alison. I wiill stay again due to the service and location. Thanks Premier Inn team!

We popped in here and what an amazing welcome by Jan, she reminded me of a lovely great aunt, Doris. She is such a friendly lady with the best customer service skills and genuine with it. We were served delicious sex on the beach and could have stayed longer. Alison and Harley were great too, so helpful and attentive. Would thoroughly recommend staying on the nights theyโ€™re working!

A special mention to Jan from the catering team at the restaurant. Jan was so lovely and friendly to my husband and I. I mentioned to her that the free wifi at the hotel wasn't working and she went over and beyond to try and get it sorted for me. Even followed up to check it was sorted. She also works so hard I saw her working away and trying her best with it being quite busy in the restaurant. I gave the rating a 4 because we found many hairs in our bed when we checked in. The bed was made but it was dirty. However we arrived in the evening and felt too guilty to find someone to change our sheets. Wasn't a nice feeling. Regardless overall it was a lovely stay.

Great place to stay, Family room was clean and staff were lovely. Nice little bar and choice of food was great. Also very close to a wether spoons. Only downside is you have to pay for parking which is ยฃ12.50 for 24 hours. Parking is easy to use though. Contactless only. Use your card to get in and out and pay when you leave which is automatically taken once your cards scanned.

Great Location, spacious rooms, clean, comfy and good shower. Staff were very courteous and friendly, when I requested a quiet room which they provided. The paid parking at Q-Park was pricey for 24 hrs but it was secure and conveniently located next to the hotel. The only downside was the slow Internet which was capped at 1MB and kept disconnecting whenever the mobile was not being used and you have to keep reconnecting. This was probably done to free up the bandwidth for other guests but it was so annoying and I ended up keeping my mobile data on instead.

The fabric of the building is shoddy ,the 5th floor corridor stinks of damp ,the toilets at reception the panel for the taps cones away in your hand. In the room the shower is good and hot but no hot water in the sink HOWEVER the staff make this place they were so friendly helpful and a real joy to interact with they should be congratulated for dealing with all the issues they have to. Breakfast was excellent as usual.

There was no staff available for most of our stay. No bar person, had to wait ages, there was just nobody there. Couldn't get food as no chef on duty, had to order a pizza from Domino. No body on reception No discount for parking yet the Web site says there is. Covid is finished but cutting costs like this is ridiculous. We like Premier Inns as the bedrooms are great. Always get a good sleep.

Very clean rooms. Very attentive and helpful staff. Staff are probably the most friendly we've experienced in a hotel. Breakfast hot and quality ingredients. Coffee made excellent brew. Only downside - Slow toaster . Will definitely stay here again .

The hotel is in a slightly bizarre location and to get to the entrance was a little odd in my opinion. However, it is also ideally located near the bus station and tram station. The hotel is good. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. If I was staying in Bury again I would happily stay here again.

Just left after a nice few days seeing family. Have to mention the lovely Joanne who seemed to always have a smile on her face even early in the morning and dealt with my allergen perfectly, also the other young lady but didn't get her name. Everything was walking distance and all very friendly indeed. Only down side is wifi dropped now and again but was free. Clean and spacious

Was easy and quick to check in. We had a comfy bed, room had all you needed. We were on the 4th floor and had a train track under our window so it was noisy. We had somebody walking around on the floor above that kept us awake on our last night.

This is a good location to stay because everything is in walking distance: shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The price was budget friendly and not expensive. The customer service was good. However, our room was dirty and stale. There was piled up dust stuck everywhere. There were stains on the bed headboard, purple lounge chase, toilet, and shower curtain. There was hair stuck in the shower. We used our own disinfectant to clean the room. There was air conditioning and no heat. This room was smaller compared to other locations built prior to this one. I recommend this location for short stays and because it was quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable as expected, staff very nice but terribly overextended and had to multitask on reception, bar, restaurant. And they had run out of steak by 7pm!

Cannot fault it, everything from the room, spacious and air conditioned to the bed which was large and by far the most comfortable I've slept in away from home in a long time. Breakfast was a pleasure and if you want poached or scrambled eggs, just ask. Will definitely go back for the Christmas Market.

We stayed for a decent amount of time. Comfy bed, nice room sometimes more expensive then the others even the center Manchester one. Shower pressure wasnโ€™t too great overall an ok stay.

Can't expect much else for a cheap room, did exactly as was required which was to give us somewhere comfortable to spend the night. Shower was poor however and the carpet is a little used now, other than that a perfect night's sleep.

You can't beat the location of this hotel in Bury. Underground carpark to the right, Tram line station to the left and a ten minute walk into the centre of town, via the subway.Great staff, they work well together as a team and so friendly. The Premier Inn is a standard hotel with great beds, rooms and shower come bathroom.Breakfast was ok with a nice choice of items.(eggs were a bit rubbery) , but the service was brill. Breakfast shuts down at eleven but the Bar stays open till three in the morning (Saturday) We were on a steam train weekend as were many of the guests and this is a great place to stay. Also it's only half hour from Manchester on the tram. One little niggle is the amount of people passing the Hotel late at night through the subway. Its popular.

Lovely and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Bed sooo comfy. Unfortunately lots of noise from work on railway throughout night but can't blame hotel for that. I would stay again.

Funky look on the outside means you can't miss it, multi storey paid parking next door, ten minutes from shopping centre with restaurants and cinema. Typical purple palace on the inside with welcoming staff, tasty bar food, clean rooms. Stayed several times and always been pleased with the service.
