Trust me and AVOID this establishment and go to McDonald's instead. Save your money. Meals are pre made and are not even warm even the chips. The worst food iv ever tasted had to bin both meals and go next door. The best thing I got from here is the overpriced can of coke.

Ordered a vegan noodles option and it arrived with chicken, very poor service and no apology for the mistake, they need to train their staff with better manners. When the correct order arrived it was very bland, tasteless, dry and had too much chilli added to it, I couldn't finish it and half of it went to waste. My advice is to pay a bit extra and go to an authentic Asian food restaurant instead, you'll feel much satisfied afterwards.

Not great! Libby told me if I leave a review I'd get free side! I said fine, order came and no side! This branch is using confusing sales tactics for good reviews. Poorly trained staff and food lukewarm. Beware, this branch is coaxing positive reviews with faux promises.

Absolutely horrible! Waste of money! I ordered a chicken katsu curry, the rice wasn't cooked! The chicken isn't crispy and the texture was weird. As a Asian, I've tried a lot of Asian food place in the UK, and this place is not for anyone who want to try nice Asian food!

Tried here on our visit… I was quite surprised, the food was delicious, the portion size was great. Establishment looked very clean, staff friendly. Would definitely recommend and be going back on our next visit!!!

Myself and my wife decided to give this a go as the queue wasn't bad compared to the other outlets. I had the Singapore noodles and an AFC burger whilst my wife had the katsu burger. The noodles were bland and not much taste compared to any other Singapore vermicelli I've had in the past. On the pictures the burgers look amazing and I thought why not. They came out looking totally different and were so underwhelming. I wouldn't bother when there are so many other options to eat. I wish I'd have gone somewhere else and spent my money. Don't bother

Used to come here all the time and loved the food but they have changed everything about it now. The portion sizes have more than halved and the prices are still exactly the same (not the cheapest fast food) the salt and pepper chips had absolutely no seasoning on whatsoever and no onions or peppers that typically come in salt and pepper dishes and there were about 5 chips in the bowl, same for the salt and pepper chicken pieces. I tried to ask for 2 portions of chips and 1 salt and pepper chicken (which is what i have always ordered from there) and they were not understanding this at all.Super disappointed!!!

I don't understand why people gave bad ratings at this hearty place which serves comfort food, one of the most fragrant fried rice in Manchester, maybe the one who gave bad review has bland taste

The rice bowls are a definite no no. The rice was super plain and the sweet and sour chicken was more sweet than sour. The balance of flavours was definitely not there. We also tried the Katsu Chicken burger. Again, nothing remarkable about this burger apart from the Katsu Curry sauce you get with the burger. For me that elevated the burger from mediocre to something I would get again. It didn't blow my mind and so it would only warrant a purchase if I was in a hurry and wanted something not totally awful to fill the pit in my vast stomach.

Atrocious. Have eaten here loads of times, the food used to be great, was good quality with hearty portions and quite a varied menu. The menu seems to have been getting smaller and smaller over the last year or so and the quality has dropped off also. Tonight I got the salt & pepper fries with chicken bites. They didn’t have enough chicken bites left so I ended up with a couple of chicken wings too. The tubs of food from here used to be full to the top and were really good value. The tub I got tonight for £8.95 was less than half full and really poor quality, it was basically a small portion of McDonald’s like fries with some dry chicken, spring onions & a couple of slices of pepper. They’ve clearly had a major cutback on the quality of the produce and the portion sizes, won’t bother eating here again.

We used to get food from here every time we were in traford centre. And I had no problem before, but this time was food was awful, really salty, and chowmean was really blant. They have a new menu. Wonder if they changed the chef!! Not gonna go back there.

Ordered the sate chicken with nasi fried "rice". The chicken skewers were average at best, at least they were edible. The fried rice was abhorrent. The mushy rice had a strange and pungent flavour. Wouldn't recommend.

The food is absolutely incredible! I’m personally a fan of the sweet and sour rice box with the cauliflower balls! The cauliflower balls are literally all I crave all day every day. Portion size is perfect.

Called in for some food on a very busy Saturday 2 days before Xmas. Only had a short wait to make my order and had some great service and ideas for food choice from Kelly. Also great to see Kelly taking the time to show a new starter the ropes. Had a chicken green curry with rice which was lovely and was in my hands less than 2 mins after placing my order. Cracking food and a really fast service.

Regularly come here food while at the trafford centre. Food is always delicious and filling and a good variety of meals to choose from. Staff provide a super friendly service. Harry did a fabulous job sorting my order on my last visit! Will be sure to come back soon.

Gentleman named Harry offers me excellent service for my lunch every day, as I too work at the Trafford Centre. Brilliant food and an excellent team that work there, better than eating McDonald’s and really fast food which is handy when breaks are 30 minutes long ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to east street in the food court at Trafford centre. Was served by Kelly. Customer service was excellent. She recommended us some food which was tasty. She was very friendly and we had a good laugh with her. Very happy with her service

I went to the Trafford centre for boxing day, and I had my lunch from this Kiosk for the first time, I was served by Nouredine, the chicken was so tender and and the Katsu sauce was delicious, I would definitely eat there again.

Family visited us from Kent and we decided to visit the Trafford centre and have some lunch. We chose East Street , glad we did, the Thai noodles were very tasty, accompanied with the salt and pepper chips it was heaven. Friendly service by Jack topped of a good experience. Would highly recommend and will be back.

I frequently dine at East Street Food, and I must say their Pad Thai is excellent. The staff, especially Kelly, is incredibly welcoming and adds to the enjoyable dining experience.

Quite low standards in terms of taste. Tried pad thai, salt and pepper chicken and Thai chicken curry noodles. I bought something else from next door, I cant recommend this.

Always good from here. Good staff, really quick to be served and to receive food. Always found the food to be very nice and not too expensive for what you get.

Fast service. Got a Katsu Burger. £6.50 for a very small piece of chicken on a bun. Little bit of salad on it and a pot of curry sauce. Over priced in my opinion. I won't be visiting again.

Food was delicious. I had a katsu burger with an egg, and loaded fries. Service was quick, staff were pleasant enough. Food was delicious. All in all exceptional. Well worth a stop by.

This food outlet has become a regular for our family who likes Asian cuisine. Libby has served us today and she was fab, got an answer to every question. Thanks

Came in tonight with Husband and Daughter. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals (at a good price too!). It was our first time trying this place out and luckily Libby was able to answer all our questions and advise us on what food suited us best due to our preferences. She was very patient and helpful. I went with a Green curry served by Libby and it was great! Highly recommend this place and will be returning.

Worst food I have ever tasted, thai green curry was white and taste like someone boiled the chicken with milk and chicken bites had crazy amount of salt in it, couldn’t eat it, shame they were closed by the time i took it back.

  • 1/5 Saad B. 1 year ago on Google
Their pad Thai is at best edible. Sauceless, tasteless and requires plenty of like and corriander to make it somewhat better. For £7 I'd rather eat a large maccies or KFC for that money. Atleast it's consistent.

One of the worst foods I have ever had. Supposed to be Thai street food if this is what they serve in Thai that street would be closed down. Got the Nasi goreng from there tasted like dishwater absolutely disgusting. Had to puke it all out just to get the taste out. If I could give minus this would be a minus. Implore you don’t bother!!

Great food!! Honey butter chicken and pad Thai were really lovely and fresh. Good service too, very helpful. Definitely will come back!

Disappointed. Burger was plain in taste and size of the fillet was tiny. Pictures are an marketing ploy, you get nothing what it looks like in the photos. Chicken bites were hard and salty. Not impressed at all

AVOID FOOD POISONING!!! I have not stopped being physically sick from the migraines caused by the MSG, which isn’t listed as an allergen until you look on the site. For other sufferers who’s migraines trigger on consumption of anything artificially flavoured, avoid the salt and pepper fries and fully check the online menu.I have no idea why its even used on what usually has strong flavours without MSG To add insult to injury as well I also found out I was given Egg noodles that were cooked in fish oil.I asked for Singapore noodles with tofu as they were a safe Vegan option, so you can only imagine how sick I am in the gut department also. I’m really ill today and the food used to be nice it’s now tasteless, bland, cold and nowhere near fresh. It’s not worth your money when the food court has such better options that obviously care more about customer health standards. Wish I had seen other reviews on food poisoning you all have my sympathy :(

Needs a lot of improvement. Management is not focused to run it. Tasteless and pretty much pre made. Served hot via oven in cheapest available disposable paper boxes. 5% to what Thai cuisine has to offer. Abit over priced but can be can understand due current cost of business operations & supply issues. Overall experience pay more and have a nice dining experience.
