    Absolutely love being a part of the immortal team! The PT’s are all really helpful and will go out of their way to ensure you are on the right track. All of the members are lovely and welcoming. The gym is always clean and tidy and I always look forward to my workouts. I would definitely recommend Immortal to family and friends 🧡

    Some of the trainers are amazing however the best one, who most of the positive reviews are about and runs the majority of the classes, gets sacked via WhatsApp on a Saturday night. Trainers get paid a fraction of what the member actually pays, I presume the rest goes on holidays because the rowers have been broken for 6 months. Body scans aren’t private so you have to strip off in the middle of a gym. You’re expected to pay for classes even when they are cancelled by the owner. You pay a few hundred pound to go this gym yet instead of motivational touch points, you get weekly messages asking you to post positive reviews because his “business is struggling”. But there is 50+ members who pay at least £240p/m…. so unsure where the £12k p/m is going. The owner is very out of touch and is never in the gym yet is in your WhatsApp messages constantly asking for feedback which he NEVER actioned. The feedback you do give to your actual personal trainer is ignored when they try to take it to the owner. You get pressured to share Black Friday deals with your friends and family yet the deals are actually inflated prizes. Clearly thinks his members are stupid. The price is only worth it if you have a great trainer who cares however instead, the best trainers get sacked over WhatsApp on their weekend off.

    The best personal training service I’ve used! This isn’t a gym or classes, it’s personal training focused on you and your goals and getting you from point A to point B. The group sessions are fantastic, energetic and professionally delivered and make you want to be there in the community. If you’re sat on the fence about investing into your health, get yourself down to Bayse and I’m sure you won’t regret it.

    Bayse is exceptional. The team are amazing, the atmosphere is great and the trainers and other members are always lifting you up, both physically and mentally. Each trainer has considerable knowledge in many areas of leading a healthy life and are always open to chat about any struggles or helping you set goals for the future. They have had such a positive impact on me over the past 8 months towards improving both my physical and mental heath. I continue to love my scheduled workout times at Bayse!

    I'm really enjoying my PT sessions with Mike! He pushes me and is always encouraging when I feel weak. He also gives loads of good tips for nutrition. The gym is great with all brand new equipment and everyone is always really welcoming and friendly. The fancy scanner is cool - it pretty much dissects your whole body and gives loads of health and fitness insights. The support group is also good for nutrition tips and motivation. I've definitely noticed a change in how I feel in general and I am starting to see changes in the shape of my body, which I know would be even more pronounced if I more closely followed Mike's nutrition tips.

    Excellent! All PTs are super friendly and checking in with you often enough to make sure you don’t lose the focus. Lots of informative knowledge around food and kcal, great if you are trying to get your head around it. So many different options as to when to take up your sessions! Everyone is super friendly!! And i don’t need to do no boring diets either (which before I would find very off-putting). Only 3rd week in but the motivation from PTs is incredible! I feel so much more energetic and motivated than ever before!! so far I have been more often at the Bayse than the last 12 months at the gym I had a membership with ! Worth every sweat and the investment In your well-being! Best decision I made! Keep it up guys! For someone who used to love training, guys I can’t thank you enough for bringing my fitness spark back!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

    Love going to Bayse. Only been going a few weeks but already feel very comfortable there. The trainers are approachable, knowledgeable and friendly and really supportive. Love it so much already :)

    I’m not someone who goes to the gym but wanted to do something to get a bit more active and feel a little better about myself. I nervously went along for an introductory session and we also talked about what I wanted to achieve If I joined. Luis was non judgmental and explained how he could help me to improve my fitness and lose weight. Since joining 8 weeks ago there has been constant support and encouragement from both Luis and the team and I’m seeing real results. The communication from the team is great and there are daily tips to help stay on track or motivate you to do that little bit extra. Each week my progress is logged and I’m feeling a great sense of achievement so far, which is making me even more keen to keep it up! If you’re like I was and nervous about trying something new like this, give it a go. I’m really glad I joined.

    Luis and Mike are very knowledgeable and adjust your workout and nutrition to your needs. You have your own space with lots of support as you work out. There are people of all sizes and ages so did not feel uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this gym.

    Been a member for just over three weeks and I love it. You have your own bay to train in and the advice from the guys running the session is like having a one to one session. They are always available to advise on nutrition and help you reach your goals, this is one gym I’ll be staying with

    I am a 56 year old lady who has just completed two weeks into a permanent life changing health mission, and already starting to feel healthier and stronger. Being disabled with multiple conditions and being very over weight, I thought I’d never find the right place to have individually tailored exercise and nutritional advice at a very affordable price. At BAYSE I feel like I’m having a 1:1 PT session, but in reality there are a few other members training with me. It isn’t like a gym, imposing and unfriendly, it’s just the opposite. You have your own section and everything you need for your training is there. My exercise plan is tailored to my disability and goals. If I feel any pain I am listened to and my exercise is changed to help me get the most out of my sessions. The team are very friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. If you are thinking today is the day to take charge of your health then as a start please come and chat to one of the team at BAYES 💪

    In my third week at Bayse and really enjoying it. If you find it difficult to motivate yourself to go to the gym, Bayse is the place to go.

    Excellent gym. All the good things you get from classes and a 1-2-1 personal trainer... This coupled with very knowledgeable, experienced and extremely approachable professional staff results in a really unique and enjoyable environment which keeps you constantly motivated and gives results... I would not hesitate in recommending - Keep up the good work 👍

    I've been a member for 6 months. I really love the professional guidance from the trainers. It's not just strength, stamina and fitness , it's about helping you set your own goals and improve at your own pace. There's support with nutrition and regular progress reviews. The group sessions are fun and the members are so supportive too. Give it a go 👍😃

    I don’t like gyms as a rule, but when they say Bayse is different, it’s true. I’m now motivated to work out 3 times a week. I have never in my life, ( I’m 67 ) done that! I’ve lost a stone in weight, and most of my daily aches and pains have gone. The trainers are supportive and encouraging. It’s a friendly relaxed atmosphere, but it gets results!

    Fabulous club … great ‘trainers’ (more like friends tbh) and excellent group of members that makes for lots of laughs whilst working out. The mixed sessions fit around my crazy work schedule and I never thought at 51 I’d be saying I’m really enjoying exercising and being part of a gym like BAYSE …. BAYSE STOCKTON HEATH you rock 🙌

    I recently joined this gym and it has exceeded my expectations. The facility is well-maintained, the equipment is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful.     If you need that added motivation this is the perfect place… instructors are great with absolutely no judgement on where you are on your journey. Others that attend are friendly and you soon get to know the regular faces which is great. As a 50+ overweight lady I could be training next to someone half my age and size but there is always a great atmosphere and the same encouragement from everyone. I always come away feeling amazing!
