The tram is wonderful. An entertaining and informative tour of Buxton, and extremely good value. If you are in Buxton, you have to do it

We had an excellent walking tour of lower Buxton. Our guide Ally was very knowledgeable and we learned some really interesting facts. Nessa from Discover Buxton was able to tailor a package for our WI group which suited our interests and needs, rounding it off with a super lunch at the Cavendish Golf Club. And she was right, the views were delightful! Thank you.

The little tram did good job. Yes it was slow but it took people on interesting tour. Should be replaced with a newer bigger faster vehicle. Could sit 20 people on bottom and top deck. Vintage motor. Without that how can the tours continue? Maybe a mini bus with some modifications. Could be made a bit like the float tram.

Nice place to visit but we were disappointed with the tour as after walking a long distance and then waiting for the last tour of the day it arrived to drop passengers off and we were told the last tour was cancelled as he had started early that day.

I arranged a group talk by Vera Britain through the discover buxton tours ,the whole group of 23 thought the experience and delivery was wonderful and informative Netty was a great help and was very user friendly . The tram tour is well worth a trip around the town and the drivers are very knowledgeable too, great for the non walkers.

Loved this. We went on the tram ride. Our tour guide, Mike, was really informative and funny. We found the tour really interesting and it was over far too soon. Definitely highly recommended.

What a great tour it lasts about a hour and a half and the tour guide was full of information. One of the best parts of the tour was the little red bus that you sit on. A great experience all round and well worth the fair.

Had a really fun time on the little red team tour around Buxton. Tram ride is Β£8 for adults for about an hour long tour. The guide who drove the little tram ( a beautifully converted milk float) was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Buxton, it’s history and all it has to offer. Would recommend as a lovely and relaxing way to find out all about the history of Buxton.
