I have been using this shop for some time and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. If they can help they will (especially the ginger Viking) Chris likes a laugh and Mike just likes to moan but is a good guy plus the manager is always very happy to help

Travelled here to sell my bike as agreed over the phone, the guy claimed to not be able to tell the difference between older models of bike and ultimately could only offer me 300-400 for my 6month old still at RRP 1200 bike.

Good choices of Construction tools (Makita) Music instruments and sound equipment, jewellery for men and women all stock is mostly at a good grade.

Some of the things I’ve caught from there haven’t worked but they’ve always given me a refund or replaced the item, the staff are absolutely amazing and have personality so they will have a laugh with you and always treat you with respect. I went to Cash Converters Bolton on the 14/07/2022 I was welcomed with a sales assistant called Danielle. She helped me straight away with a big smile with loads of knowledge. I bought a Nintendo Switch Lite boxed like brand new for £119.99. When at CEX they are £140 unboxed and not in as good condition same with Cash Generator but slightly cheaper but not buy much. All the staff at Cash Converters are helpful. Keep up the good work. I’ll definitely be returning.

As a frequent customer of the store, my experience of dealing with staff has been excellent ,always delt with quickly and respectfully, most importantly to me I want a good deal. As a regular customer of the Bolton branch I would like to comment on how helpful all the staff are. As well as using the buy back service, I have recently started purchasing items with the manager (Pan) and assistant manager (Mat) both very knowledgeable with the products they sell ,helping me make an informed choice.
