I have been really impressed with the care and respect Mrs Aston and her nurse(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name!!) have given me but staying professional as well. Had a few laughs along the way 😂 . I have been so nervous but I've been put at ease straight away with each appointment which has certainly helped. I have been fitted in at short notice with the polite, friendly & professional receptionists. A massive thank you to you all. Lynne Atkinson

Fantastic dentist I have a massive fear of the dentist even having a panic attack there on one of my appointments the staff were amazing put me at ease and made me feel slightly less anxious about the whole trip to the dentist. Massive thank you to David for being calm with me and helping me to get my smile back. Would also like to thank the receptionist Carol for being so so helpful could ask for a better dental practice to attend :)

I recently had to take my elderly mother, who has dementia, for some treatment at her dentist surgery. The reception staff and the Dentist, Mr Cassily could not have been better. They treated my Mum with such kindness, care & compassion and made the whole experience so easy for her. I cannot thank them enough- a credit to their profession. Thank you & Well Done to you all .

Just when you think life can't get any worse 😔 Phoned to make an appointment only to be told by an exuberant receptionist that I can't have one because I'm no longer a patient! She asked if I was aware that I hadn't been for a year! I said I was unaware it had been that long as I'd never had any kind of reminder, and, just like the doctors, I hadn't really needed to go and didn't want to make unnecessary appointments that others might need, I was totally unaware that I "HAD" to go even if there was nothing wrong as I'd never been told that before but the receptionist bluntly told me "well there's a poster on the wall!". How ridiculous! And I wasn't even allowed the £20 back that I'd paid upfront for a white filling. Several months later and I'm now sat here with a hole exposing my root as the temporary filling from another dentist has fallen out. I can't find another NHS dentist to take me on as they all want to go private. I think this was a dirty tactic by Fogg& Whittingham just to get rid of us on the NHS. If prices weren't so utterly ridiculous I'd be happy to go private but how do I do that on a carers allowance? Thanks F&W for leaving me in absolute agony and not giving a damn, you really are special people!

Went in as a emergency patient and Michelle was looking after me after having a x-ray it was decided that my tooth had to come out I was so nervous of having injection Michelle calmly talked to me .Sarah done the extraction in minutes thank you so much ladies today I had the first pain free day in weeks. I have booked another appointment and hopefully get my dental work completed with ye.

First class service, excellent reception. I believe it was a younger surgeon ( David mason) that sorted my problem, i must say he was very informative and professional. Perfect from start to finish.

Needed alot of work done as not had a dentist in a while due to having a bad experience when younger madaline bonner has bin very helpful considerate and superb could not recommend her more all the reception staff are very polite and helpful always full off welcoming smiles when you arrive I feel alot more comfortable here

Absolutely amazing dentist. Mr Whittingham was very professional and reassuring when I had a problem with 2 broken veneers. I have always been terrified of needles but to be honest this was the best experience going to the dentist I have ever had. I am due to have my new ones put on just a week after with is amazing quick. I would highly recommend them and I don't think I would ever use another dental practice again only this one. Thankyou

Had a scale and polish here today as my usual dentist isn't available when I need, however I'll be coming here for all my scale and polishes in the future. Michelle and the lady that was with her this morning were both lovely and professional and knew just when to stop so I didn't panic. Fabulous care.

Shocking practice in the manner I was treated. Not been to the practice for a few years due to personal reasons and covid. The lady on the phone didn't care and said I will be a private patient if I want to be seen. The private costs are expensive and I needed an emergency appointment. Do not use this practice!!!

Not a good dentist my boyfriend is in so much pain 😫 he was in this dentist but coz didn't go for check up the chucked him out there are out of order 😢

Spent all off my life terrified off dentist but I've visited this one 2 in 3 month very pleasant experience the dentist was lovely & reassuring

All staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Lee was attentive, and as always made me feel at ease. Great surgery 😃

Very pleased with the extraction performed by David Mason. Didn’t feel a thing. David kept me at ease at the start with the numbing agent, needles are not my thing. Thank you very much

Great surgery / Great staff. Sadly I was de-registered with my local dentist and was stuck looking for a private appointment due to a cracked tooth. After many refusals the staff here were great, went out of their way to try and do what they could and fit me in even with how busy the place is. The prices were far more reasonable and fair than some other local dental practices. Will definitely try and register in the future. Thanks all.

In October 2022 this dentist told me I needed my wisdom tooth extracting he said he will put me in as urgent. However the staff did not put me down as urgent I found this out from the hospital in July , so I have been taking painkillers all this time because of incompetent staff I am now on the urgent list and still waiting . When I complained to the dentist receptionist she just said “ I can’t comment “ it seems like no accountability at this dentist in the meantime I am still waiting and on painkillers just not acceptable

Good Dentist, but quite annoyed I've been waiting 45 minutes on hold being told I'm next in queue and my call is important. It really isn't! All I want is to book an appt. for a broken tooth. :( Guess I'll have to come down in person then.

Really kind and generous staff. Excellent service and treatment. First time been here and I was surprised with treatment and service been provided.
