    I have visited the office as directed by my PCP. Good referral for a good doctor. Scheduling an appointment took at least three separate phone calls. I can live with that, but please be careful while giving out your credit card information. My credit card was taken and manually typed in to the payment machine for billing. I have received an email from my credit card company with an information of a suspected fraudulent activity on that very card that same night. Card was being used to clear payment for an Uber ride for the amount of $47! I am almost a 100% certain that this card number was taken from the office as it is the only one of my cards I have not used in a long time, until yesterday's visit. I usually use it to clear my medical bills, and did not have to use in recent weeks. Also, I have never used an Uber service as I drive my own car or public transportation. I have tried to call the office to discuss, but without an answer. Please just be careful.

    I made an appointment with this office in Clifton because of symptoms I was having that I've had in the past for a kidney stone. They gave me an appointment with Dr . Sanzone . I show up for my appointment I'm waiting in the lobby waiting room. And the first red flag should've been some poor old man sitting there saying that he's leaving that he can't wait anymore for his appointment but I continue to wait for my appointment. They did bring me in examining room 7or 8 minutes later. I was expecting to see the doctor only to see some guy that calls himself a doctors assistant. Who took all my information & was pushing for unnecessary test still . I thought I was going to see the doctor only to say OK we're done. Very very disappointed I didn't make an appointment none of us make an appointment to see a doctors assistant. What this office did was pull a bait and switch lead you to believe you were going to see a doctor only to see an assistant. The office itself seems very confusing and very unorganized but that's my opinion. I would not return to the office because I was led to believe I was seeing an actual doctor not some assistant. Whoever's in charge of running this office this urology group throughout New Jersey really needs to rethink how they run their office but it's a shame that patients have to waste their time to go through something like this very very disappointing I would not go back

    Receptionists are horrible. Soo many people in the office and no one knows how to book appointments. If you get a set time, expect to be checked out an hour later. Absolutely worst customer service experience. Can't vouch for doctors.. I left after two hours of waiting

    Terrible Office Booking!!! The office booked a appointment me for a 3:00pm visit on a Thursday afternoon only to tell me a hour later that it was a mistake by them and the apointment should have been scheduled for a morning visit only. Are they -----Kidding Me!!! If YOU book a appointment you better call back to verify that its something they do during the day and hope you get someone that knows what they do and don't during the day.Bad NEWS place

    My most recent experience was excellent. I worked with Doctor Sanzone who was friendly and thorough. However, my best experience was just today speaking with a staff member at the front by the name of Alex. He worked diligently to accommodate my individual needs. Every question I had he answered thoroughly and put my mind at ease. With everything seeming to be source of anxiety, I ended this call feeling a genuine sense of relief. Thank you, Alex!

    Ridiculous place! The staff in the reception area are completely unprofessional! They do their nails as they attend the front desk, can’t stop gossiping about others loudly or talk about the parties they attended. They are borderline rude, unnecessarily loud and seem uncaring to anyone that comes in. Doctors are great but why do they tolerate this environment?

    I’ve been happy with the care that I receive from Dr. Liu. She has been both kind and professional, two important traits for any doctor. The office staff is fairly responsive. It doesn’t take forever to get an appointment. You will have to wait to see her but the wait has usually been under a half an hour when I’ve had an appointment. The office and restrooms are clean.
