I
made
an
appointment
with
this
office
in
Clifton
because
of
symptoms
I
was
having
that
I've
had
in
the
past
for
a
kidney
stone.
They
gave
me
an
appointment
with
Dr
.
Sanzone
.
I
show
up
for
my
appointment
I'm
waiting
in
the
lobby
waiting
room.
And
the
first
red
flag
should've
been
some
poor
old
man
sitting
there
saying
that
he's
leaving
that
he
can't
wait
anymore
for
his
appointment
but
I
continue
to
wait
for
my
appointment.
They
did
bring
me
in
examining
room
7or
8
minutes
later.
I
was
expecting
to
see
the
doctor
only
to
see
some
guy
that
calls
himself
a
doctors
assistant.
Who
took
all
my
information
&
was
pushing
for
unnecessary
test
still
.
I
thought
I
was
going
to
see
the
doctor
only
to
say
OK
we're
done.
Very
very
disappointed
I
didn't
make
an
appointment
none
of
us
make
an
appointment
to
see
a
doctors
assistant.
What
this
office
did
was
pull
a
bait
and
switch
lead
you
to
believe
you
were
going
to
see
a
doctor
only
to
see
an
assistant.
The
office
itself
seems
very
confusing
and
very
unorganized
but
that's
my
opinion.
I
would
not
return
to
the
office
because
I
was
led
to
believe
I
was
seeing
an
actual
doctor
not
some
assistant.
Whoever's
in
charge
of
running
this
office
this
urology
group
throughout
New
Jersey
really
needs
to
rethink
how
they
run
their
office
but
it's
a
shame
that
patients
have
to
waste
their
time
to
go
through
something
like
this
very
very
disappointing
I
would
not
go
back
