The hole in the trap door was repaired and looks great. The bathtub stopper does not leak as badly, but still has a small leak and one can hear the water going out. I will send another work order in. Actually, the stopper ONLY goes in crooked. I believe that may be the reason for the problem. And since I like baths vs showers, wasting so much water concerns me.

What a wonderful place to live at! Karol and her team of amazing people could not have been better and our unit was spectacular. Our time with Redwood was short but a great experience nonetheless. Thank you Karol and team! Keep up the great work!

I am a resident of Redwood North Canton, and my husband and I are very grateful to have Karol Edwards as our on-site manager. She has repeatedly gone above-and- beyond to ensure that any problems that arise are solved promptly so we have a comfortable home. If we have an issue she is unable to address personally, we can always count on her to connect us to someone who can resolve the problem. If she doesn’t already have the answer, she goes the extra mile to ensure we get the answers we need. Karol is always welcoming and cheerful when we stop by the office or call. If she is unavailable when we contact her, she always responds to our inquiries promptly. In addition to being extremely efficient and proficient in working with tenants, she takes the time to get to know her residents, and even knows our dog Lexi and her favorite treats! We enjoy our lovely apartment, but having heard horror stories about management at other complexes, we know bad management can spoil an otherwise pleasant community. Karol Edwards is a gem, and we are grateful and fortunate to have her to manage our apartment community.

Karol has continued to be fabulous 2 months after my move in date. She is always friendly, courteous, and professional. The same goes for the rest of the staff I have been in contact with. I am very happy living at Redwood North Canton. It is a safe, friendly, and diverse community. My suggestions for improvements would be a higher grade dishwasher with an adjustable top rack and finishing and cleaning up the inside of the utility room. The utility room is just sad. Having a medicine chest and hand towel rack in each bathroom are my other suggestions for improvements. Overall I am very happy living at Redwood.

Karol in the office is always a pleasure to work with. She helped me during my move from out-of-state which was alot of communication and starting over new in the area. It's a wonderful community, great maintenance (Clinton) support, but never needed, except once for a key that was my error. I never want to move unless I move back out-of-state or buy a house. The location is awesome and close to I77 and easy to go anywhere. Never hear my neighbors. Highly recommend.

Easiest move in, quick stop in the office and headed right to my place to start getting settled. Leasing office & property managers have been very helpful!

Redwood North Canton is a quiet, friendly and beautiful place to live. Weather permitting they will host events to get everyone together and just about every holiday everyone gets a nice little treat hanging on their door. Honestly, the best apartment we have ever lived in. Karol……she’s the bombdotcom! Her smile is contagious! Her customer service is on point! We’re moving out of state soon and will be so sad to say goodbye to her. Karol - Thank you for everything. From beginning to end you have been amazing! We will miss you! Redwood - Thank you for a beautiful home and community!

The onboarding and move in experience at Redwood North Canton was a seamless process. Karol at the leasing office was friendly, courteous and professional. I had an issue with my refrigerator not working and the maintenance team was there within 30 minutes and resolved my issue.
